He gave them a call and a repair person came out that day, diagnose the problem, and ordered the part. The day after that they received the part, had a cancellation, called, came out that day, and fixed the machine. Clear, cogent communication, obviously well organized, high positive energy and the repair person who knew what he was doing and did it. We could not ask for more. Very impressive.

Finally, they determined that it was the motor that was malfunctioning-- but since that part had been discontinued, the unit was non repairable. The good news is they refunded my money for the parts they had ordered and installed, and only charged me for the one time dispatch fee (one visit). Amazing!
