A hose went out on our washing machine and my husband looked to see if there were any new companies that could help us. He found T&B Appliance. He gave them a call and a repair person came out that day, diagnose the problem, and ordered the part. The day after that they received the part, had a cancellation, called, came out that day, and fixed the machine. Clear, cogent communication, obviously well organized, high positive energy and the repair person who knew what he was doing and did it. We could not ask for more. Very impressive.

They made 4 attempts to diagnose and fix it (4 visits total). Finally, they determined that it was the motor that was malfunctioning-- but since that part had been discontinued, the unit was non repairable. The good news is they refunded my money for the parts they had ordered and installed, and only charged me for the one time dispatch fee (one visit). Amazing! Was staying with my cousin when her fridge went out she of course has one of those new computerized…read more fridges so she called one place and they told her it would be $3000 to fix her expensive fridge. She then called Affordable Appliance and the technician Fred was great! He not only fixed the fridge but it only cost a little over $400. Honesty is a rare quality to find and Fred was quick and lucky for us he had the part on hand and we didnt have to wait nor did my cousin have to basically junk her expensive fridge to buy a new one.
