Excellent service. Would highly recommend. I called because my oven baking element was non-functional. A day later, my garbage disposal went out. I had ordered the oven part, and April said Michael could install it. Turned out I had ordered the wrong part. Michael ordered the correct part, installed the new garbage disposal, and arranged to return when the oven part came in. Today, Mike arrived right at the scheduled time and easily replaced the oven part. It is so nice to deal with someone who knows what he is doing. Our washer was not draining properly, and after a few attempts to fix on our own, I called A-1 Appliance to see if they could come out and take a look. They were able to get us in just 2 days after I called, and Matt came out and had the washer fixed within 10 minutes. I called Mike in the am and told him about my broken washing machine and he was out that day and fixed it in 1/2 hour and charged me accordingly, very fair.. His prices are lower that another service I had called and he was pleasant and seemed very honest and reasonable.
