After about the 3rd time leaving a message they finally answered and told me they were too busy but would try and get out in a month or so. They of course never came out so I tried calling them again and they did answer and said the they would come out on a weekday but again never showed up. Then tried calling several more times leaving messages and no response so finally called another service that came out in 2 days. There are several old beautiful pines and other trees. We also had one very tall tree that was dead, another with a disease and many dead and broken branches in several trees. Daniel and his team worked on this for 4 days, as weather permitted. All of the trees were very tall and over grown. They trimmed them all up and removed broken and dead branches. Took down 2 trees, cleared 2 stumps and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Some of the clearing required their bucket truck due to the height of the trees. We also liked that they used their chipper on site as they worked. We love the difference this has made, and so do our neighbors
