He did not "over-sell" his work, letting me know from the get go that there will still be some stubborn residual paint at knots in the wood, deep fissures in the wood, and so on. After about the 3rd time leaving a message they finally answered and told me they were too busy but would try and get out in a month or so. They of course never came out so I tried calling them again and they did answer and said the they would come out on a weekday but again never showed up. Then tried calling several more times leaving messages and no response so finally called another service that came out in 2 days. Have had several people aske me who I use now for septic services and lets just say its not 44 Water!
