Prior to leaving S.C. I had a leak that was due to the CV axel on the driver side. The mechanic…read moresaid the axel had popped out therefore causing the transmission fluid to leak out. He popped it back in charged me $85 and sent me in my way. That was on a Tuesday well I pulled out Friday morning headed back home to TX and got as far as Alabama. Pulling over for gas and to stretch saved my transmission. I'm so glad that I'm very observant because I noticed smoke coming from under the hood and that prompted me to inspect the vehicle. Well, transmission fluid was leaking again and upon checking the dip stick it was very low. To make a long story short...lol I was about 15 miles from a town call Atmore, AL so I purchased about 4 quarts of fluid filled it up and made it down the road. I was blessed to find a Holiday Inn Express with great complimentary breakfast, EXCELLENT customer service and housekeeping. What I thought would have been a next day repair turned into a mini weekend vacation. No one had a replacement axle and when John was able to locate one it wasn't going to be in until Sunday. The ordered part arrived on Monday and it was the wrong part. Advance auto from Mobile, AL sent the wrong one but John and his trusty mechanic advised a plan to get me going and back on the road. I don't know what I would have done if I didn't find them! John also was very far on his price. He actually went above and beyond. I say all this to say, that if you're ever traveling in this area and heaven forbid you get stranded with car or tire issues by all means look up Tire Express & Auto Care!

This shop charge be $1100 to change breaks & set of tires. well a couple days later after the work…read morewas done me & my kids were in the car wen my brakes go completely out. I was told it was nothing that could be done . Atmore police was even called on me for no apparent reaso. I have videos of the whole incident & my lawyer is taken legal action . This place want be here for long after this case is over ‼

Selling her truck with a bad transmission. They sold her a lemon which is agaisnt the law but my mother didn't feel like dealing with the legal process. So watch out for this dealership don't buy from these PIGS.

I came in a couple of weeks ago to get my mom's vehicle service. Just a simple oil change and tire…read morerotation. can back with over a 1,200 bill the service tech name Jason told me that to keep my lifetime warranty in good standing the vehicle needed a transmission flush, which of course was right at 500.00 or so. The guy Jason was very adamant about it needing to be done. So I agreed, but then found out I was lied to, to keep the warranty up only requires a simple oil change. Not only this experience a week or so later, my mom brought the vehicle back up to shop for them to look at her tires, and Air bag light . It was uncalled for the way Jason spoke to her, had her in tears that day. Something need to be done about this guy!!!!!
