They will get you and take advantage of you when you are in a bad situation…read more After charging us $900 on a $3,500 bond and taking in our 08 Yukon worth $8k. they violated our guy, picked him up for missing a check in and never notified us there was a $600 fee. they impounded our vehicle many mos later and never notified us. they let it sit at their lot and charged us $1,800. we didn't find our vehicle that we reported stolen until they tried to take it to auction. they never notified us, and then sold the truck for $500 is what they say. So they basically do whatever they want and take whatever they want.

I completely understand picking and choosing the clients you want to deal with, as I do this myself. One thing I don't do is make it hard for my clients nor feed them inaccurate information just because I'm not going to take them on or they might not want to work with me. I'm sure they have helped some people or they would be in business. But don't mistake a few go reviews from a few helped people for dignity. The sun even shines on a dogs A*** every once and while. All I'm saying is I wouldn't was my time and if you chose to do so... Move forward with caution and due your due diligence. The reply was an angry "what the hell are you talking about?" I let the person answering know they must not want to make any money talking to customers like that and hung up. I may not have known what I was talking about since I have never had to bail anyone out before, however the three other bail bonds companies I called prior with the same question were able to provide me an answer minus the horrible attitude. Why would I ever set foot in a business who can't even handle the simple task of answering a phone call. Update* In response to the reply. A. Of course you are " lost why I feel that way." You think its normal to answer a phone call at a place of business with the greeting "Speak" and reply to questions with "what the hell are you talking about"' B. You do not remember anything. I never said anything about 3% or California. I ONLY asked for a specific type of bond, (because not all bond companies are able to provide this specific type of bond) and your reply was "what the hell are you talking about". After that short conversation I terminated our conversation as stated in my review, so there was NO talk of California or 3%. I only included my experience with other bail bonds companies in my REVIEW to highlight how easy it was for me to call another business and not be treated so rudely. C. Thank you for letting me know how poor your customer service is so quickly. Made the decision to go else where easy. Im like "thats why Im calling for information" and he was being very rude and inconsiderate, I just told him that I don't appreciate his attitude, and its bad customer service and didn't want his help anymore, and hope he has a nice day and I just hanged up, called another place and they were very informative and got my bail done in less than 15mins. This company is loosing potential clients for their bad service.

We opted to wait til the next morning and Rene showed up at 6:30AM, replaced our AC unit's motor (quicker than expected), hosed down our unit, and offered great advice for maintenance and what to expect moving forward. Last time (a couple years ago), Flores also showed up quickly and repaired our unit, was so helpful and did a great job accommodating our budget as best as he could. Both experts felt safe and professional. With unbearable summer heat causing so many AC issues around the Valley, it can be hard to get someone to fix AC units to the house quickly, and they haven't disappointed yet. If you're looking for someone to help with your unit, I suggest giving them a call first.

Well It did take me a few calls befor i found a company that i FELT was being straight forward an boy oh boy did i find affordable bail bonds. I see why you people have been around for many years.I also see you did get couple bad reviews LOL. Hey did you turn them down cause they had no collateral an did not understand just what you are risking?? I bet so. I watched them in action cause my bond took little longer being i had property out of state an i was in phx az at the time but they got in done. I also heard them tel 2 folks sorry this is AZ not california we must pay the full bond if goes bad . You people that just like to give bad marks for no reason should really do your homework first. read more

I totally disagree with the 1 star review, You get up front advise from these folks, they do make you put up some sort of collateral but than again this is how it is done.I came from ohio an it is different but they explained how it is in arizona. My attorney even told me that was a great place .Thanks guys. read more
