So they basically do whatever they want and take whatever they want.

I coach my clients about integrity, dignity, & respect for living everyday. This bond company doesn't exemplify anything of those traits. I completely understand picking and choosing the clients you want to deal with, as I do this myself. One thing I don't do is make it hard for my clients nor feed them inaccurate information just because I'm not going to take them on or they might not want to work with me. I'm sure they have helped some people or they would be in business. But don't mistake a few go reviews from a few helped people for dignity. The sun even shines on a dogs A*** every once and while. All I'm saying is I wouldn't was my time and if you chose to do so... Move forward with caution and due your due diligence. We opted to wait til the next morning and Rene showed up at 6:30AM, replaced our AC unit's motor (quicker than expected), hosed down our unit, and offered great advice for maintenance and what to expect moving forward. Last time (a couple years ago), Flores also showed up quickly and repaired our unit, was so helpful and did a great job accommodating our budget as best as he could. Both experts felt safe and professional. With unbearable summer heat causing so many AC issues around the Valley, it can be hard to get someone to fix AC units to the house quickly, and they haven't disappointed yet. If you're looking for someone to help with your unit, I suggest giving them a call first.

I cant believe this place is ran by veterans. As I respect all who serve our country! But this company is so shady and dirty they do not care abot anyone!!! They asked my child to put a tracking device on my vehicle. Of courrse they told them no way would they do such thing!!!They robbed me flat out and I did all I could to make this right, however bond companys are not overseen by anyone so they do what they want pretty much. I have dealt with many bond companies in Phx area and never ever did they treat me like these people did. I was homeless and living in my car. A beautiful car they wanted from day one. And the car they stole from me! They charged me 3000 to drive my overdosed daughter to prescott, where they dumped her at a hospital and left her there. Without contacting me the person who put up her bond. Or any other family member which they had at least 3 people they had numbers to, who loved this girl. Luckily she recovered no thanks to these evil cold blooded calculating thieves!!!!! Crooks is all I can say. Its been 2 years now. I still do not have another car. They devistated me and my life and they knew it!!! Care about you or anyone??? Hell no thats not what this company is about. They are all about getting your property or extorting as much money as they can from you!!!!!! They act all nice until it comes to money it is disgusting and if I were the owner Id be embarrased at how they treat a good person doing a good thing and taking them to the cleaners just because they could and wanted my car that I paid 12000.00 for. They broke me and left me without a place to sleep. They dont give a F--- about anyone. DO NOT BE FOOLED by these snakes. I have them on tape telling mew lie after lie. Stay away from these crooks! Submit a complaint to the Arizona Department of Insurance ((602) 364-2499) and put these ppl out of commission! NO communication whatsoever from this scam company. They will find ways to charge fees and cannot prove their billable hours. Arizona is a one-party consent state to record phone calls, so if you do go with these nitwits, RECORD EVERY CALL and keep every email! read more
