They were good about doing their part, but they told me he had to go in upon his release and sign some paperwork. I told the person I was speaking to, he can go in, but my grandson is deaf and you will not be able to communicate with him. My bad that I did not get the name of the person I spoke to. When I informed them of his disability the person I was speaking to said he did not have to go in just to make sure that he knew he had to show up to court and they got information from me over the phone. Once the bond was exonerated, I did not receive the full amount I was expecting, I was shorted $390. They charged me $300 for him not going to sign papers after I was told he didn't have to and another $90 for management fees So just make sure if you use this company that you ask questions and go in the office even if they tell you, you don't have to and last but probably most important. Repeatedly talked over me and after I said no problem we will just move on to the next bonds agency Victor changed his tone for that moment as if he would put forth a valiant effort but instead just started confusion and frustration among our group that came together to help a family & friend get out of jail. I coach my clients about integrity, dignity, & respect for living everyday. This bond company doesn't exemplify anything of those traits. I completely understand picking and choosing the clients you want to deal with, as I do this myself. One thing I don't do is make it hard for my clients nor feed them inaccurate information just because I'm not going to take them on or they might not want to work with me. I'm sure they have helped some people or they would be in business. But don't mistake a few go reviews from a few helped people for dignity. The sun even shines on a dogs A*** every once and while. All I'm saying is I wouldn't was my time and if you chose to do so... Move forward with caution and due your due diligence.
