They arrived a few minutes early to step and came right when they needed to for breakdown-- Overall it was nice the only improvement I would make is communication prior to drop off. Fantastic service. I had never rented a bounce house before, and I really wanted to make my brothers 10th birthday special. We decided on their Red/Black bounce house with the slide combo, which included a hoop inside and provided us with a ball so the kids could shoot hoops! Update: the owner did not want to accommodate us. At that time I said we would have to cancel because I could not be available 7 hours before our party. He refused to accept the cancellation. Harassed me and my husband before, during, and after the day of the event. Even stalking us and finding my husbands place of employment to harass him further. Not professional at all. read more

My wife and i rented a bounce house for our daughter and it was as simple as it could get. Since we had an SUV, Gary offered to let us come pick it up, at a substantial discount. Even though I was a few minutes outside of my window for pickup, he ensured that I understood everything about the setup and tear-down, including how to use, drain and connect the water blivets (we set it up on concrete). The equipment we rented was clean, the owner and his wife were very professional, and the prices were more than reasonable for the equipment and services that we received. 10/10 would rent again. read more

Gary and his team were a pleasure to work with. They recently provided an obstacle course for our son's 5th birthday party. Gary was very friendly and had some great conversation while he set up. They arrived early before the party even began (and our son was pretty excited about that as he had a little time to enjoy the course all to himself). The kids had an absolute blast with it during the party. Gary's team was prompt for pickup and broke everything down quickly. Only suggestions we would provide to future renters of this kind of inflatable, have some buckets to place upside down over the top of the stakes that hold down the unit (possible stubbed toe) and a good mat to lay in front of the entrance on the grass. Poor customer service & business practices. Late night conversations with arguments, lack of ability to easily answer quick questions & irrigation broken due to poor placement of stake. Ok. The company had good product and he does good work but he's just a mean person and difficult to deal with. I'm in business..he acts like you work for him and not vice versa. Honestly, really just a nasty, palpable, and FU energy. Sad part is; his business professes to have "good Christians"...and he's an raging A-hole. If you can get past that you're ok. The service is good but working with this guys is just hard. When I'm shelling out hundreds of dollars I want to feel that my needs are even a little important. I found 3 other vendors who do great work and same prices but better support. I do about 6 blowouts a year. I would think I'm a customer to keep but oh well. Sorry we have to make out of town, but we should not have to cover a cost like that when we have e sufficient time of cancelling. I recommend this company. Gary was amazing, prompt and provided great service. He was able to book a last minute appointment for me at a local park. They are insured, which is a rarity to find. My park required insurance and he sent over the necessary documents that were needed to have the jumper. There prices are fair!
