Honestly, I won't be doing business with this person anymore. The first time, we communicated well. The next time, I did business with her, she showed her true colors. I had mentioned picking up chairs at a certain time, and she just rushed me. As soon as she called me, I told her I was almost there and she replied, with a "Oh my gosh". Very rude. I mentioned I could pick up the chairs at a specific time and she kept texting me that she hoped I would arrive earlier. . Additionally, she did not give me my correct change thinking it was okay to keep my extra money just because she waited?? That's not okay. I told her to keep my money because she seemed moody. It's not much to complain about, but I'm doing it for those who deserve to know to avoid doing business with a rude person like this. Everything was clean and they helped us with all the setup we could do prior to the day of the wedding. Delivered early and on time. However, the heaters we ordered didn't seem to work and no one could get them turned on. When they came to pick up the equipment they hit and damaged the wooden fence on my uncles property and then refused to pay for it saying we left some stickers on the chairs... they were reusable name labels that easily peel off so I'm not sure what that was about but ok. We had to fix the fence ourselves even though they supposedly have insurance. I don't think I would use this company again because of the damage and refusal to pay, but to be fair the equipment was good (except the heaters I guess) and they were nice in helping set up everything. read more

I especially appreciated that the different size tablecloths (I had round and rectangular) were neatly labeled on hangers which made setup a breeze -- I know, doesn't sound like a big deal, but this has been a challenge for me with similar vendors.
