Super easy and efficient process from start to finish. Made a reservation about 2 weeks in advance for a snow cone machine, cooler, and bouncy house. Got a delivery time confirmation a day or two before the reservation date, and a text the morning of confirming delivery and pickup. The driver was on time, friendly, and quick with setup and take down. Family had a blast, couldn't have been a better experience. We've used San Diego Bouncers twice now for a home based event. Delivery has always been on-time based on the email they send. It was several hours earlier than the requested time, but that was more than ok for the kids. Pick-up was also within 10-15 of their expected time, which was great after a long day. The staff setting up has been very helpful and friendly. They make sure everything was set up the way we wanted, adjusting position, etc. They even went through to make sure the bouncer was clean after it was fully inflated. Two were very professional, San Diego Bouncers was over the top amazing! Jessie worked with us to provide the best options for each age group, from toddlers to adults. They sent auto emails to keep me informed about the inclement weather process and when I called in, Jesse was very helpful and eased my concerns.
