Of course, no show so I texted them to give them a benefit of the doubt and again scheduled another date and time and no show again. This is typical of businesses up here having constant work but when there isn't they look for you. Time to move on and give someone else a chance. Also, that 6,600 pound Beast of a vehicle you have seen darting around town is NOT meant to target all those "Tech Bros" with a McMansion, 2.5 kids and a Tesla parked in the driveway, lol! NO, these guys were pretty darn AFFORDABLE! And they are looking to service the AVERAGE household...a household like mine! :) I got a VERY good rate. There were 3 guys each working very hard to clear the weeds and other yard debris from my property. I have NEVER seen a landscaping crew 3 men deep. The more hands, the quicker things move! One guy even ASKED me if it was OK for him to trim the dead areas of my little 4 foot palm trees, which I thought was hella COOL, as I have hired TWO other companies to do the same job and NOBODY EVER mentioned or even touched my two little palm trees. They needed a lot of help and some good ol T.L.C. They look MUCH better after the pruning! I call that GOOD LOOKING OUT! I AM A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER! P.S. The individuals operating this business are the same people we previously dealt with for a party rental service that took our deposit and never provided the services we paid for. Because of that experience, I feel it is important to warn others to proceed with caution. We originally found their party rental business through a Facebook advertisement. After exchanging messages and speaking with Vincent over the phone, we felt comfortable moving forward and paid a deposit. Vincent told us the business belonged to his mother and that Teresa Avalos would be receiving the payment through Zelle. After receiving our deposit, communication became increasingly difficult. A few weeks before my mother's wedding, they stopped responding altogether. We made multiple attempts to contact them by phone and message but never received a response. The event date arrived, and they never showed up. My mother was left scrambling on her wedding day after paying for services that were never provided. To this day, our deposit has not been refunded, and Vincent eventually deleted his Facebook account. Because of our experience, I do not feel these individuals conducted business in a professional or trustworthy manner. I encourage anyone considering hiring this company to do their own research, ask for references, and proceed carefully before sending any money.

I might even say slightly excessive, which is what I love and most people appreciate knowing how their job is coming along. Not only did I get great communication and quick communication. I also received photos of the job and recommendations that needed to be done for safety. The moment that I put in a request for a quote, I received a prompt response and even a visit out to the property because they were in the area. They did an excellent job even taking care of things I said I would do. my renters even commented on how everything looked great and how they they did an excellent job cleaning up after they left. My renter said they feel safe. I would highly highly recommend them as I felt truly connected to the job although I was miles away and they were so kind and helpful. When it comes to safety, you have to pay the price, but they worked with me and I was truly satisfied. Thank you, thank you thank you for the exceptional communication and great service. Professional and Courteous! We received the service we…read morerequested. We were told after they sprayed for weeds that if it rained the spray would still do its job. Well it did rain quite a bit, and to my surprise (because I wasn't entirely convinced), all the weeds are dying as Pro Weeds had said! I'm still in the early phase of waiting for 3-4 weeks before all of them are dead, but the weed spray is clearly, thus far, doing its job. I'll add to this review in a few more weeks to let you know if the spray killed everything that was sprayed. But they also stated they would come back and respray if any problems.
