After about a month of the doorbell box sitting in a drawer, I found out about New Age Tech Solutions from a friend via social media, and decided to look into the pricing. Scheduling was super convenient. I called them to make the request, received a text message with a link to schedule the install, and found a time slot through the app. I also received text reminders of the appointment, as well as when the installer was going to arrive. Sebastian was the installer. He actually showed up on time. The install was quick, clean, and he was very friendly and professional. He was considerate about my house by wearing those disposable shoe covers, and keeping the door closed when possible. He was also nice to my two dogs as well. All home owners can relate to having rude, dirty, inconsiderate contractors who get the floors dirty and let in a million flies. He walked me through getting it set up on the app, and showed me some of the cool features of the doorbell. He even demo'd some other smart home products that integrate with the Nest products. I'm definitely going to look into buying some! I was happy enough with the entire process that I'm making a Yelp review. I think that says it all.
