After a brief hello and sharing of what the issue I had been experiencing, Nick begins talking in a voice volume louder than I was expecting. He gave me the, "I've been doing this for more than blah, blah, years and...." Wow. Okay. I trust that you know what you are doing but did you have to start the attitude with me at 9:30 in the morning? He reiterated the prices the 1-800 person told me on the phone and then stopped talking and looked at me. He didn't ask me a question, so I didn't answer. Impatiently he then says, "okay?" I nod. After I sign on the dotted line and Nick prints, I was going to ask him if he was okay. But a male customer walked in and I figured I should keep my question to myself for now. My iphone X battery was so swollen to the point that it separated my screen from the body leaving a…read morehuge gap. I initially brought it in to the Apple store at Fashion Fair for battery replacement but they told me they could not do the repair since it was so badly swollen that it caused a tiny split on the top of the screen. Apple was only going to do the repair if I paid for the screen replacement too because they said the screen could get damaged during the repair. However for the cost of the screen it wasn't worth. Thankfully I found Quick Phone Repair who not only was able to replace my battery but also did it so carefully as not to cause any further damage to the screen. I am happy to say that my phone works great and saved me the money of having to buy a new iPhone. The repair itself took about an hour and fees are reasonable. I would definitely use Quick Phone Repair's services again.
