After a brief hello and sharing of what the issue I had been experiencing, Nick begins talking in a voice volume louder than I was expecting. He gave me the, "I've been doing this for more than blah, blah, years and...." Wow. Okay. I trust that you know what you are doing but did you have to start the attitude with me at 9:30 in the morning? He reiterated the prices the 1-800 person told me on the phone and then stopped talking and looked at me. He didn't ask me a question, so I didn't answer. Impatiently he then says, "okay?" I nod. After I sign on the dotted line and Nick prints, I was going to ask him if he was okay. But a male customer walked in and I figured I should keep my question to myself for now. I said thank you and out I walked. Feeling shaken and confused and hoping he wouldn't be there when I picked up my laptop in a week. One week later: received a call that my laptop was done. Confirmed with my husband that he was available to go with me to pick it up. Walked in the shop and was welcomed by Nick, though this wasn't the same Nick I experienced a week ago. Within a little under 2 hours he had my computer up and running, cleaned the crap off it, l installed some security programs, and explained how to use them. His cost was very reasonable. My computer is working great. I will be taking in my laptop next week to have it cleaned and given a general check up. I use it everyday for my email, paying my bills, reading the news, my calendar, etc. However it is not as healthy as it could be. I would definitely be using him again.

Mark checked it out and told me my Windows installation was corrupt. I was thinking I was going to be without my laptop all week until the desktop was repaired. Mark had the same make and model computer in stock, ready to go. He offered to fix mine or sell me one that was ready to go with everything he would do to mine anyway. No brainer! He recovered the important stuff my daughter wanted from the hard drive and transferred it to the replacement computer. Mark really earned that 5th star with the time he took to explain things to me about what happened to my old computer and how the replacement has been upgraded. He also explained to me how to keep the computer healthy and running at its best. I would definitely recommend and will use again in the future.
