After a brief hello and sharing of what the issue I had been experiencing, Nick begins talking in a voice volume louder than I was expecting. He gave me the, "I've been doing this for more than blah, blah, years and...." Wow. Okay. I trust that you know what you are doing but did you have to start the attitude with me at 9:30 in the morning? He reiterated the prices the 1-800 person told me on the phone and then stopped talking and looked at me. He didn't ask me a question, so I didn't answer. Impatiently he then says, "okay?" I nod. After I sign on the dotted line and Nick prints, I was going to ask him if he was okay. But a male customer walked in and I figured I should keep my question to myself for now. I said thank you and out I walked. Feeling shaken and confused and hoping he wouldn't be there when I picked up my laptop in a week. One week later: received a call that my laptop was done. Confirmed with my husband that he was available to go with me to pick it up. Walked in the shop and was welcomed by Nick, though this wasn't the same Nick I experienced a week ago. Anyways, he was responsive and eager, and shot me some fair estimates for some computer repairs/services. He got my old laptop up and running again so I was appreciative of the job he did. I dropped off and picked up at the computer at his apartment which was fairly close to my house, so that was a bonus not having to worry about rushing to get it somewhere before or after work. Shoot him a line before deciding on the company you choose. He may be able to offer you a better deal while maintaining high quality work.

I went to AT&T to try to get help. She had no clue. Directed me to go to U-Tec down from it!! Best thing ever!! Greeted by Kimmie. She was great. Confident in getting it fixed. Apparently, very messed up. She was supposed it didn't break down sooner with the big pixel dot showing. Told I could take a sear inside and it would be about 30 minutes. Sat down. Safe, clean, cool and comfortable. A lot of cute cases to view to buy. Before you know it, I was called, it was fixed and working!! Thankful!! When the costumer emails them, and follows up with a phone call that should indicate interest. I did all of this. When I called Jordan said he'd reach out to his boss to see if they could get 2 of the internal LG Blu-Ray drives I wanted. Jordan also assured me their boss would reply to my email. No email reply, no call back and now the item link, which I know is right since I saved it to my wishlist on their site, shows that the item can't be found. Doesn't really seem like a way to treat a potential costumer who was ready to buy and knew what they wanted.
