There are plenty of restaurants in the area given the other attractions and convention center which is walkable. The room was clean and spacious, and the small kitchen was a nice touch. Bed was comfortable, and the lobby seating area was good for relaxing for a bit. Shower pressure was just okay not terrible, but could've been better. Housekeeping was fine, no issues there. Big kudos to the hotel for adjusting my rate when I noticed it had dropped since booking, not every place will do that! Overall, a good stay. Would definitely consider this hotel again if I'm back in the area.

The rooms are nice and comfortable and they gave us 1pm late checkout which is not as great as Marriott 4pm with platinum we are used to but it is not bad. The embassy suite is know ln for their breakfast, so while they had omelette station and that was good and didn't have a long line. Typically we find pancakes or waffles as well and we didn't see those here. Also it looked like either fruit was too little or they stopped filling.

We very much enjoyed the layout of the hotel. The full complementary breakfast offerings were great - bacon, sausage links & patties, grits, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, pastries & breads, a craft omelet station and more. Evening Happy Hour was an added plus as snacks (fruits/veggies, chips, nuts, dips) were provided in addition to two drinks of your choice (all of the alcohol choices- Vodka. Whiskey. Rum. Tequila. Gin. Triple Sec, Wine, Beer; Mixers- Soda. Fruit juices, Purees, Bloody Mix, Marg & Daiquiri Mix; garnish- lemons, limes, cherries... you pretty much name it, they can make it). Will definitely return and highly recommend. Loved that everything connected so you weren't cut off if you go to one side of the hotel, you just run into the other. The ballrooms and banquet halls were well organized as well for our convention. There's a spa and golf course right at the hotel as well making it a nice destination for a short stay no matter what the occasion.

From the moment we first arrived at The Hotel Concord, we knew it was the place we wanted to be married. The downtown area where the venue is located is so cute. They host Saturday farmers markets, have a few restaurants & a coffee shop, and feels incredibly safe. I felt like I was transported back in time each time we got to visit the downtown Concord area. There is ample parking, so you don't have to worry about guests trying to find street parking or having to Uber. Big plus! Upon entering The Hotel Concord, you're surrounded mirrored walls leading up to a grand entrance. Once again, you'll feel like you're transported back in time... this time to a ritzy, Gatsby-feeling ballroom. The black & white marbled floors are absolutely beautiful. The foyer & 'cocktail room' are so timelessly beautiful. From the chandeliers to the marbled staircase, you can tell this space was spectacularly curated. Upon ascending up those marble stairs, you'll enter the grand ballroom through antique-feeling French Doors (*cue jaw drop*). When I saw the massive windows & grand fireplace / mantle, our minds were completely made up that this had to be the place we tied the knot! Now, on to the actual wedding details- From day one, Lynn made the wedding planning process an absolute breeze. The service she provided was impeccable and the experience is unforgettable. Whether you have Pinterest board filled with a detailed vision or you're unprepared more of a laid back bride, Lynn will walk you through every step and make your day PERFECT. My fiancé and I opted to purchase the Fairytale Package. With that package, a lot of the hard part of the wedding planning is taking off of your plate. You get a choice of a few caterers, a few florists, a few DJs, etc... all the sourcing of the vendors is already done for you! All of the vendors that Lynn has on this list are top notch professionals. There is a Bridal Suite & Grooms Suite that made the getting ready process a blast - just show up, pour some champagne, and enjoy your last few hours with your girls (or guys!) before you're married! Having the Bridal Suite with full kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom allowed us to get comfy and spend the morning getting our hair & makeup done without having to worry about transportation or timelines. I would highly recommend using Polished Event Design & Fine Decor Rental (Lynn's other company) to help add even more beauty to your special day. From the chargers, to the candles, to the centerpieces - Polished has something for everyone's taste! I would not change a single thing about our wedding experience with The Hotel Concord. A top-notch venue and team that will stop at nothing to make your wedding dreams come true! Thank you so much for anything, Lynn!!!!

We were exhausted after a long journey and they went above and beyond by helping us carry our our heavy luggage up the stairs to our room. The room was warm, inviting, and much larger than we expected. Fresh homemade Toffee cake was waiting in our room. The bed and breakfast really feels like a home and we were truly their guests rather than a business. Breakfast for each of our three mornings was new and different. We especially loved the lemon ricotta pancakes with the raspberry compote and fresh squeezed orange juice. One evening we were offered a glass of wine and freshly baked homemade cheddar crackers (they were as amazing as they sound). One morning we had the privilege of getting a tour and hearing the history on the house. They were also willing to share their story on how a British couple ended up in North Carolina.
