There were no visible signs posted anywhere indicating that parking was restricted or that the lot was private. Rather than communicating like reasonable people, they chose to involve law enforcement over something that could have easily been clarified in a calm and respectful way. It felt unnecessary, intimidating, and completely unprofessional. I am doing all forth possible to get this further my poor dad was nearly detained and my grandfather stayed standing . What a disappointment this business treats people. The he had the audacity to record my father . I know it's your business but stay grounded. Disheartening and disgusting. If you're going to enforce strict parking rules, the least you can do is clearly post signage so people are aware. Calling the police without proper notice or communication reflects very poorly on how this business treats the community. I would not recommend supporting a place that handles situations this poorly

Bought grow mulch and followed all planting and watering instructions. Cherries and pear were all dead in 2 months, fig and pomegranate have 3-4 leaves remaining. Only non-fruit mulberry remains as moderately healthy. When I called I was told I should have been watering differently than originally told and basically I was out of luck. Spent several hundred dollars not including augar rental and some labor hands to help due to hard high desert soil. These trees were bought in May of this year. Found out home depot stands behind their plants and accepts returns for quite some time. Note: person helping us was very nice so no complaints about in person customer service.

After the disappointment of not hearing from the other businesses, I hesitated to believe that someone from Fast Trac Tractor Service would actually show up for a quote. I was beginning to feel that those who said they were going to show up saw my house and were not up for the challenge. And then I exchanged a few txt messages with jthe owner, Brian, shared pictures of the property, had a phone call and he came out to my property to give me a fair quote. Let me tell you, I respect the professionalism of this guy. I was informed of my options, discussed the itemized costs of services, and discussed what the tractor can and cannot do (I am city girl so I don't know about tractors). The next thing I know, my house is amazing and does not look neglected. And, the goat heads are gone, for now, so I can finally have my dog over for a playdate! I had to work the day of my appointment, but I returned to see one of the workers, Dan (who I think is detail oriented with that tractor), cleaning up the remaining details of the job. I had previously briefly mentioned to him about another small cement job and in the same email response asked him if he could give me an idea of how much that would be. The thought was I'd first do the smaller job and then eventually save up for the big job. But he didn't reply. I followed up with another email and also a text several days apart, but still no response. Nonetheless I got the feeling he blew me off simply because I could not currently afford the big job. As a potential client, it's hard for me to imagine a person in business would burn a bridge so willingly and carelessly. I have the money and most definitely will pay the right person to do the job. But evidently Ralph doesn't have time to deal with someone not prepared to shell out at that very moment or someone cost conscious taking steps to inform himself in preparation for the job.
