There were no visible signs posted anywhere indicating that parking was restricted or that the lot was private. Rather than communicating like reasonable people, they chose to involve law enforcement over something that could have easily been clarified in a calm and respectful way. It felt unnecessary, intimidating, and completely unprofessional. I am doing all forth possible to get this further my poor dad was nearly detained and my grandfather stayed standing . What a disappointment this business treats people. The he had the audacity to record my father . I know it's your business but stay grounded. Disheartening and disgusting. If you're going to enforce strict parking rules, the least you can do is clearly post signage so people are aware. Calling the police without proper notice or communication reflects very poorly on how this business treats the community. I would not recommend supporting a place that handles situations this poorly

They have everything you could possibly want and it sure beats driving down the hill. Yes, prices are 30% more expensive than Home Depot down the hill, but you're paying for convenience. I purchased about a thousand dollars worth of material recently for a home project. They deliver for free on the mountain, but the lumber wasn't as good of quality as I was hoping -- the plywood seemed OK (seemed to have some rot in the middle). Kinda surprised given the price. Another time, I went in the store at 450 pm and whatever you do, God help you if you come in at that time. Everyone wants to split at 4:59 .....they'll be pushing you out the door no matter how much crap you desire to buy. RFL works well for many things, but every now and then you'll have an experience that leaves a bit to be desired. Good place to visit in a pinch.
