Quality is poor! Dentist Dr. Brian Reddit looks like had a very bad day and did not greet his patient. My mom choked and could not breath during improper impression process. I was a little disappointed with the fact tht they did exrays and counciltation then told me I had to wait another year for my insurance to cover my dentures...seems to me they should've ran my insurance before doing anything when knowing wht I was there for before trying to go ahead and bill the insurance for unnecessary charges...tht was uncalled for in my opinion but thts how the all mighty dollar works unfair and in my opinion unnecessary, unprofessional...Will I go back in a year...its possible im not sure yet... read more

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!! DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL! Everyone from the staff down to the Dr is very rude and very very unprofessional! They didn't have my moms teeth done in time and she specifically told them the time frame she needed them . "buyers beware" 8/1/2024 to 11/26/2024 i had paid for premium dentures. when i went to pick the dentures up the bite was way off. so they said they'd make them over..so i try in the second set was terrible. same thing bite way off .they wouldn't stay in place even with denture adhesive. dentures didn't cover the gum lines. i worked in a dental labatory for 20 years. and never seen dentures like this. i was a dental tech. stay away from this business. i returned both sets of dentures. they did honor my refund. so not only was this a complete waste of my time. i have to start this process all over again. and to be without dentures even longer now. it's beginning to be a health concern now. again i say stay away from this business. i can't state that comment enough. read all reviews people have posted. before choosing this business. you'll save yourself alot of troubles. trust my words. read more

Update didn't want to leave the other young lady out she was great also, helping with my denture adjustment, so far dentures seem good Update dentures still hurt back for another adjustment appointment at 2pm waited until 3:28pm finally got in why do they bother making appointments Update one teeth of the upper plate fell out, had it repaired 3 months later A different tooth in the front on upper plate fell out, must wait 5 days for a appointment to repair these are the most expensive dentures they sell. Update for the 6th time another tooth fell out this place is the worst my old dentures were 38 years old and never did a tooth come out. If you want to be cheated this is the place to go. read more

Overall I rate 3.5 out of 5. I've been bringing mom in since January 2023 and staff is pleasant. NOTE: Appointments NEVER run on time unless you are the first one in at 8am. we have to wait over an hour from appointment time every time we come in. Dentists are also pleasant and listen to concerns. read more

I do not believe it is possible to have a more rude experience. The receptionist Hung up, after explaining that she has years of dental experience, just doesn't know their technology yet. I asked for anyone who could help me, as she allowed herself time to calm down. I reminded her, that I was patient when she told me she was new a few weeks back, and did not actually schedule for the dates she told me she did. I asked again for anyone Else who knew the computer. She was rude, untrained and frazzled beyond measure. I had my secretary call on another phone.... it reminded me of when I asked for a pack of gauze after the first root canals, and they (front desk started whispering, we gave her some) they came to front desk with gauze in a rubber glove saying that didn't have any to spare. Yes, they had put some on the wound, I wanted to change it out immediately as it was soaked. the dentist work was A plus plus, the dentist is friendly And exceptional.... the Dentsl assistants also wonderful..... if they get the major customer service issues correct, this would be professional read more

I went in with a plan and an amount to spend listened to the options they made a plan to fit my budget and the same day removed all my teeth and gave me a new smile that I can be proud of !!! This place is amazing! I have a terrible fear of the dentist but I have never felt more at ease. I had to have 10 teeth pulled and an upper denture made. I'monly 31 and felt super self conscious before walking in but by the time my consult was over I was getting excited to have dentures...I know it sounds funny but the staff put me right at ease and I would recommend them to everyone who needs work done! I still only have my temporary denture and I get soo many compliments that I'm not embarrassed to say I got my teeth from affordable Denture in brook park! I have recommended several people to them and everyone I have referred has been to them and had work done! No better place to go!!! read more

Fantastic experience all around. The staff is beyond 5-stars! I'm in a wheelchair and would have a hard time getting on and off an exam chair. They worked it out to my convenience, not theirs. They took the time to get the molds just right and made a great pair of dentures for me. They were very informative and answered all my questions before I even had the chance to ask them.
