Inside is very clean and well organized. Everyone is so friendly and personable and they make you feel very comfortable and welcomed. I love that they will go over insurance and pricing so you know how much everything will cost prior to the procedure. Also, you don't have to wait too long in the lobby, once checked in you're taken back to a room in a timely manner. I just went in for a teeth cleaning and I am very satisfied. I can honestly say this has been one of the best teeth cleaning experiences that I've had in a very long time. I feel like she really took her time to thoroughly clean my teeth and paid attention to detail so my teeth could be as perfectly clean as possible. Waiting is a comfortable experience with magazines and the new addition of a television. The three hygienists I've had have all given me a thorough clean with minimal pain, along with suggestions on how to improve my teeth. Came early, waited about 15 minutes with them past their appointment time, to watch one of the staff put a piece of paper in the door to jam it open while they walked out and talked to somebody outside (are you going to wash your hands or gloves once you come back in?), anyone at the front desk talking to the employee at the desk might as well just share their information with the entire waiting room with as loud as they are talking, don't worry about HIPAA compliances or anything - The last straw was when it was finally time to be called, The person I was with told me that they generally have chairs in the back in case you have a child or something with you.. I got up to walk with them and the hygienist quickly and intentionally closed the door in front of me, To which I had to race over and open the door as I was walking as well, we were both met with a bit of confusion and she just said bluntly "I don't have any room back here for you." Wasn't nice about it. Didn't really care when she said it. Absolutely rubbed me the wrong way, and once the necessary procedure is completed, I'll be sure to not return or anyone that's affiliated with me. Too many red flags here besides the constant push for upselling that I've already heard so much about with previous visits as it stands. You guys got to do better, and work on your customer service, seriously.

They accommodated me when I needed to reschedule in December. Just be aware the dentist does not do her own extractions. She has another dentist come in for that, which may be inconvenient. A later x-ray found that he left part of the root system in the gums.

I recently had a tooth break and required dental care. I'm new to Florida and dreaded the experience of trying to find a friendly, reasonable and professional dentist. My daughter recommended Oakport Dental. Trusting her judgment (she was raised to be truthful), I made an appointment. I'm so glad I did. Making the initial appointment was a breeze, as the office scheduler, Alison, was friendly, and very helpful. On my arrival I was greeted warmly by the receptionist, Adrian, who is engaging and supportive of all customers, new and old. After a short wait, Maureen, the doctor's assistant led me to the examination room and explained to me she would be taking an x-ray. The finished x-ray was projected to a viewing screen in front of me, and Dr Aebli appeared, introduced himself and carefully pointed out the various options to resolve my dental problem. I opted to have the remaining tooth stub removed and replaced with a permanent bridge. Maureen then led me back to the front office, where Alison set up appointments and Adrian listed the procedures and all costs. While all this was taking place, I couldn't help but admire a painting hanging over Alison's desk. Seeing my interest in the painting, Alison explained to me that the painter was Dr. Aebli. Then Adrian directed my attention to the framed pencil sketches hanging on the wall behind me. I was much impressed to learn that the doctor is a man of many talents. I later learned that the two attractive inlaid tables under the drawings had been built by, you guessed it, Dr. Aebli. The art work and tables obviously reflect the efforts of someone who strives for perfection, and that is the type of person I want creating my smile. I filed a claim with the insurance company and Lake Mary Dental did not even have the decency to respond to Delta Dental. So they just closed the case per State law after 30 days. I would not go there, unless you are foolish enough to be charged for many extra (non-insurance covered items), like mouthwash, liquid before and after a regular teeth cleaning to ease the trauma of a regular teeth cleaning???

I walked out so confused after waiting so patiently, they said they would correct it by applying $120 to my next visit. But I was talked down to by the doctor and billing even after paying, i left feeling like "this isn't right. You shouldn't talk to patients like that." Even if a patient's teeth are bad, you shouldn't talk down to anyone coming in for help. You should just educate them & offer your expertise. My teeth looked perfectly healthy according to sample X-rays, but they treated me like a problem child? Wouldn't clean my teeth til I saw a specialist. $$$ for what I'm still confused. After receiving an email asking for a review, I left an honest one on google of my experience. I received this letter, which just feels petty, unprofessional, & unneeded. The bold italic "emergency" feels personal. Btw they won't do anything even if it is an emergency, they will just give you a referral to someone else and still bill you for the appointment. So just skip the "er appointment" here if they ever offer it. (Although I wasn't even given that option) Here to just spare people their time and money. My dental assistant was so sweet, helpful, & understanding! She took all my sample X-rays and informed me the most. She was the only help I really got. So it was time for me to find a new practice for my regular teeth cleaning, which I always have every 6 months. I paid a $69 fee to se the dentist, and oh boy where do I start? She took the time to make me feel bad for having 5 crowns and some large fillings on my molars, like "Wow you have so many", and started going through my xrays and scan which her assistant Bella had taken just a few minutes prior. By the end of my consultation she had suggested 6 crowns, with a price tag of $11k, and for me to consider extracting my wisdom teeth. Now, I stay on top of my cleanings, floss and have excellent mouth higiene. All the work she suggested was to be proactive and avoid cracking my teeth in the future. So now she wants to see me with 11 crowns!!! Wow, just wow!!!!! Will not be back. The only positive I can add is the Bella was awesome!!! She would be better off working for an honest dentist.
