The Warnicks, just keep getting better and better, when you're the best, I don't know how you can get any better, but they keep finding many ways to make that happen, what and incredible staff they have at all locations, I'm originally from Saint Albans, and I am very partial to that location, however, I have visited all locations and they all are great people. Melody at St Albans is one of the best I've ever seen in my life, she is so warm and pleasant and always very friendly and helpful. If I walk into the St Albans location, and I do not get to see Melody I've had a bad day. The dental hygienist, Brandy at Saint Albans is just a wonderful person, I always look forward to her checking and cleaning my teeth. Myself and two of my family members have had problems with dental work he has done on us. My husband had a filling done and two day later it fell out. Dr. Kennedy redone the filling and two days later it fell out again!! The new dentist he went to told him there was decay under the filling that had not been removed. He had to pay for the third filling out of pocket. That is just one example of the issues we have had.

This was the first time in a long time, I had gone to the dentist to get cleaning without laughing gas. Was super chill and I didn't stress at all... until The X-Rays discovered a cavity. Time to freak out!! I was scheduled a day later with Dr. Matt, 3 shots later and he was off to fixing my cavity, I was super numb and did feel anything. He explained that it was deep and that more steps might be required, he was very professional. After A little bit of work, he did final X-Ray to make sure he got all the bad out, after he was pleased with his work, He filled the cavity. Then explained to me the very good news that I still had a lot of healthy tooth and this should do it. All the staff was in a great mood, and seemed to be enjoying the day! A lot of laughter in the office, was a good atmosphere. I have an appointment in February for cleaning , should be no problem for me.

Not sure which universe the first person to review was living in when she reviewed this place…read more.. the staff was very nice and personable, unlike the other oral surgeon's office I spoke with. Things seemed a bit rushed, but being in the middle of a pandemic, I totally understand them trying to get as many people seen while still adhering to the mandates in our state right now. I went in to get an infected tooth pulled last month, during the visit I got a wisdom teeth consult and an appointment for wisdom teeth extraction. Dr Weaver was very nice and explained everything he was doing and why. Wisdom teeth came out yesterday. Staff again was very nice. Tech talked to me a bit, as I was getting wisdom teeth out with local and not general and I was a bit nervous. Dr Weaver came in and showed me the x-ray, talked about what he was going to do, gave me local anesthesia and let it do its thing. Tech came in to check on me again a couple of times. Once I was numb it was literally less than five minutes and all 4 of those pesky wisdom teeth were out, no cuts or stitches, minimal pain. I've only taken ibuprofen a couple of times since the appointment. I hope I don't have a lot of other oral surgeries needed, but if I do, I'll be making all future appointments with Sokolosky and Weaver.

One lady has always been nice and very friendly abs extremely helpful, she is the younger of the two. Then there is the other lady .. She is an absolute awful person. She is always rude to me " I'm an extremely kind and happy kind of guy. I work as a host greeting customers all day". She has ignored me , she has gone out of her way to direct our conversations into demeaning me. She has on multiple occasions refused to help me with my referrals telling me because I missed one appointment " during the pandemic and me not feeling well mind you " that I should expect to ever be seen again to get my root canal. She manages to make me feel unwelcome from the moment I arrive up until the moment I leave. The way she talks down to people, acts better than people and basically does everything she can to make you not want to see these dentis again makes me have to wonder if she's the owners , main dentists wife or family member to still have a job. Businesses are desperate for employees these days but I couldn't imagine many would even keep her as an employee , even out of complete desperation. I've decided to right this rev after menu visits because I actually really like the other staff and my dentist has been absolutely amazing ? ive also decided to research abs find out who runs this establishment and make them aware of how poorly this woman treats us patient.
