Running by practitioners mostly hard to see the doctor. I didn't have satisfaction with the lab.

I give one star bc i have to. Dentist is rude and uncaring and arrogant. Made teeth that were wrong and my bite was way off when I rested my mouth. I had zero freeway space. The space between top and bottom teeth when your jaws at rest. I couldn't get food in my mouth or even close my lips around the teeth three months after extractions. They told me to figure it out the best way I knew how when I ask how I was supposed to eat. They told me the teeth looked good. Everyone in my family told me they looked bad and it wasn't just me not adjusting which is kinda what aspen insinuated. I don't recommend. The dentist refused to see me at my second soft reline and refused to grind down the thick spots in the dentures. Said she can not do anything while im healing. Even after healing these teeth are far too long and caused me jaw pain. I got refunded less than half my money. 1300 out of 2900. They're just after money they don't care how your smile looks. I deal with the public for my job and now im stuck with HUGE teeth that could never look natural or even passable. I hate the dentist there. The assistant aren't any better. Save your smile and go somewhere else. read more

I've only experienced trouble scheduling. The building is clean and inviting the staff is very nice. I was impressed by the technology they had in the office, I'd never had my teeth scanned before to make a 3d picture. They also appeared to have a wide amount of services and I felt the billing process was very clear. My appointments didn't take longer than I thought they would either. read more

Last year when I went in to have my tooth fixed, a root canal and crown, they have me the price and with my insurance all I had to pay was $200. They did the root canal in December and then I went in to get the crown in January. But it kept popping off because the dentist took off too much of my natural tooth off. They finally got it fixed last month in July. But all of this was supposed to have been billed last year to use all of my insurance up. But they didn't. They charged for the cap this year. Leaving me short on any emergency procedures this year. So here I am again, the tooth right next to the one they finally got right in July and the whole right side of my face is swollen. So I go in and I get stronger antibiotics. But no pain medicine. So I guess I'm not allowed to eat. I guess I'm just going to have to suffer. What the fuck kind of Dr doesn't give pain medicine to someone who clearly is in major fucking pain. Luckily, I already had some pain medicine to have made it this far. But I'm out now. I can't take ibuprofen, it makes my stomach bleed. I swear, I've thought about shooting myself in the head. Just to make the pain go away. But then again, that's what Aspen Dental wants. Rudeness and FALSE Advertising With a throbbing headache, sore jaw and severe tooth pain, I called Aspen Dentistry in Charleston, WV. The best appointment I could schedule was 4 days later, but the scheduler (not in Charleston) said I could be a walk in so, I took time from my job and drove up there only to be met by a RUDE receptionist who had NO EMPATHY. It appears their "walk-in policy" was if their new customer did not show up, I could have that appointment. I asked for clarification. "I have a new patient coming in 45 minutes. If she does not show up, you can get in. She did confirm tho. I asked when the appointment was after that. She then said, "W have lunch from 12:00 to 1:00 and two new patients come in a 2:00 and 3:00. I don't know if they are coming. " I asked what if there is a chance that I could get in. She said she did not know, with NO EMPATHY for my suffering. I asked what I should do, she said, "Sit and wait." As I walked out, I notice the sign on the door, "Walk-in's Welcome." There should be a disclaimer--- only if our new patients don't show up. I called another dentist in Charleston and was taken within an hour. They said they always took emergency cases, were friendly and are now my new dentists. I called Aspen Dental where I made the reservations and they told me these were franchised and they had little to do with the franchiser but would take the complaint. In summary: RUDE RECEPTIONIST in a service industry. 2 FALSE advertising. STEER CLEAR, they have no empathy, not are customer oriented. read more

I was a potential new client, and they kept rescheduling my appointment, and they have to schedule it two months out. I chipped a tooth six months ago, and it still isn't fixed. They called me on 11/18 to reschedule next week's appointment because they were putting in a new system. Even though ai explained my situation, they said they could only see me in January. They put me on a waiting list, and I haven't heard from them. If you are a new client, expect to wait at least six months to a year to be seen. Don't even bother if it is an emergency. I just recommend going anywhere else if you want anything to be done in a timely manner. read more

My husband who NEVER complains came home so aggravated. It was the most unpleasant experience.... the Dr had zero professionalism the rest of the staff acted like robots. He left with a "plan on paper " The Dr. did not take the time to explain ANYTHING the hygienist was not any better about answering questions. It was a total waste of time. Waited 2 months for an appointment that I confirmed via text from them. I arrived at the office 20 mins early to fill out any paperwork needed and was told by the receptionist that my appointment had been canceled because there was no verbal conformation. She said she was the one that called for the verbal conformation and if I had a voice mail she always left messages. I had no call from them or voice mail. She also stated the owner requires the verbal even though they send the texts out and their number doesn't even say aspen dental when they call. I asked to speak to the office manager whom just kept telling me the same thing "owner" "verbal conformation" . The office manager also told me they only had 1 dentist working and 50 patients scheduled for the day. The office was open from 9:00am to 7:00pm and if the dentist never took a lunch he had around 12mins to spend with each patient. There is no way 12 mins is enough time to provide anyone would good care. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Made an appointment on Monday for myself and my wife to see a dentist on Wednesday of the same week. I received a call back a couple of hours later for someone wanting to confirm the appointments. I missed the call but later called back and confirmed our intent to keep our appointments. We showed up on Wednesday at the set time and were informed that our appointments had been cancelled because we failed to confirm. Wasted time, gas and money. I won't be back! I scheduled an appointment with the call center to get same day dentures its the first place that comes up when you search ($ame day dentures) i had all my teeth removed that morning and showrd up to aspen dental only to find out that my appointment was never set even though i got verification if this from the call center then was told that they dont do same day dentures even though it says on there website i. Big letters (sams day dentures )it cost me $50 to uber there and back and ibwas lied ti about a coupon she zaid the price she was giving me already had the discount addded it did not i guess tgey think people are stupid read more

I can't say enough about the folks at Aspen Dental. I just had eight (!) extractions done and an instant denture fitted, and it was probably the most life-changing two hours of my life so far. Dr. Dennis King is really amazing -- all those extractions and NO pain. Even the numbing injections barely hurt at all. I've been having extractions, root canals, implants, fillings -- you name it! -- for practically my entire life, and never had procedures more comfortable than this. Everyone I've had the pleasure of dealing with in this office has been fantastic, from the dental assistants to the billing coordinators. They've been super supportive every step of the way. They cancelled my appointment for an existing patient, receptionist is extremely rude, I called for an emergency filling replacement when I scheduled the appointment and when I got to the office they said they wouldn't be able to see me for over a month. Also, they only have one dentist when there offices says they have 4. Check the reviews for Aspen Dental. Notice all of the class action law suits against them.
