The Dental team shouldn't be practicing dentistry! The technicians were okay for the product they had to work with. Whether it is the dentist or the denture manufacturer that works with the impressions and the implant locations they are very far from perfection . You get what you pay for and sometimes less. Too much pain when tightening my metal pieces onto my implants. He extracted the implant (without sedation or Lidocaine injections) ,and it seemed very intentional He torqued it out of the bone and the implant had tissue on it. I am asking for compensation for only receiving 8 of the 9 implants and without compensation soon I will obtain legal help for the loss of the implant and add to it the pain suffering and emotional trauma I endured at the hands of Samosh. Waiting to hear from Affordable Dentures manager. I am not the first person he has done this to. Any Associates working there should not defend him because he is the owner and boss. What he did was wrong. I told him before he torqued it from my jaw that I had tightened that metal piece the night before and it was tight. He offered to replace this implant for free. I would not have him in the mouth of my dog!!! I have not had contact with him since. I don't know how the location in Muncie, Indiana stays in business. The absolute worst customer service I've ever seen at a establishment like this. They never answer the phone, no matter how many messages you leave, not one single time did I ever get a call back. I had to go online to even get my appointment. Then don't be surprised if you sit around a couple hours past your appointment time. I just sat there almost 2 hours when all they had to do was Literally, just give me my dentures!!!!! It took 2 MINUTES AND THEY MADE ME WAIT 2 HOURS FOR THEM!!!!!! Not the only time that happened either. If they weren't completely free for me, I wouldn't have gave them my business. read more

Absolutely no customer service. After a month of having heard nothing from this company I attempted to contact them. The local office in Muncie NEVER answers their phone. You are instead re-routed to a call center somewhere that claims the local office is always too busy to talk to anyone. After leaving several messages with the call center and being assured the Muncie office would return my call I give up and will seek help from someone who actually cares about their patients. Avoid this second-rate non-provider. Price is not always the most important factor. Service and a caring company rate higher to me. read more

If I could rate it 0 I would. I scheduled an appointment 10 days in advance. I show up 15 minutes before my appointment and fill out my paperwork. I sat in the waiting room for an hour after my scheduled appointment. And decided I should probably reschedule my consultation. I went up to the reception desk and they would not even look at me as I was talking.. very disappointed in the front end service. Being a brand new customer I was nervous to even go in there as I am sure many are. They made me feel like a number.. I will never recommend them as a dental provider! I liked the oral surgeon. I think he did a good and professional job.THEY DO NOT RETURN YOUR PHONE CALLS ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY!!!! He needs to run his office in a professional way. If he doesn't have enough staff he needs to stop accepting new patients. I had to drive to Muncie, almost 1 hour and 20 minutes, twice, because of infection. Waited over 2 hours to be seen and I eaves drop on the phone calls. They have their phones set on some sort of caller ID and only answered the ones that was not in the system. So use someones phone that is not in their system. Their office was closed until July 11. They failed to call in my antibiotic so I was in the ER with a bad infection. Its not pretty. My understanding the oral surgeon owns this business. He needs to take charge!!!!!! I tried to make an apt. on line. It was only for new patients. If you file a complaint with the American Dental Association they take it very seriously!! By the way I paid almost 13,000.00 for implants and dentures. Can't wait to see the ER bill. ct scans....on head and neck. My knee replacement was canceled because of the infection. Affordable Dentures in Muncie Indiana are crooks. They gave me a cheap set of dentures when my teeth were extracted that had to have relines. One reline was included then I had to pay $55 for any relines I had after that. I had one. Then when healed I tried to get my finished pair and the fight began. I contacted my insurance and they said they paid for a completed set of dentures and they did not consider dentures that needed these soft relines as permanent sets. They told AD that they had to provide me a complete set or return the money they paid so I could go elsewhere. I have an approval letter to get the permanent set and when I called to set up the appt. they are argueing with me again. Also the cheap set I was given when I first got my teeth pulled broke and it is less then 2 years. Cracked right down the front of the teeth. They said it was only had a one year warranty. I just want a permanent set before my gums shrink so much they cant fit me with any teeth at all. So I will be shopping around and going elsewhere. I won't go back to these crooks in Muncie. Don't go! I have spent over $4300 for dentures that won't even fit in my mouth. They seem to never have any time to see me to make repairs. They schedule too many people at one time then they are rough as hell getting your own teeth out. I bled for three full days after my extractions and the pair they put in rubbed my gums so raw I have gone for two weeks now with no teeth at all. How damn embarrassing . Every time I call they put me off. I missed the reviews on google or I never would have gone there and go through the awful pain with nothing to show for my money. Also they sent me home with nothing for pain! I lost 21 teeth at once and they gave me nothing! Am seriously considering a lawsuit. read more

No complaints, have had 2 sets made here, plus 13 extractions before the first set. My dentist wanted to send me to an oral surgeon, Dr. Garret did all the extractions with no problems. Put in first set immediately, Economy set lasted over 15 years. Prices way below anyone else. read more

Worst service and experience of any place I have ever been! Including fast food. The staff is rude and inexperienced. They made 3 sets of dentures for me and STILL never gave me a good working set. The fit is bad and the bite is not right. The woman is grinder happy and they don't trim the wax set like they should. The cast them and then trim those. They are suppose to ensure fit and look with the wax. Then cast the set and trim only the excess from those. Really bad.. go somewhere else if you can. read more

Do not go!!! Receptionists are not friendly, the place is dirty, the spit bowls were not thoroughly cleaned out, they still had a film on them. I only went to get estimates, and was looking for implants, not dentures, but they were not helpful in helping me make any decision. The Dr.s are rough, and want to get you in and out as quickly as possible. I waited 1 hour and 23 min. to get in for my appt. Under NO circumstances would I EVER consider going to this office again. I had 7 front bottom teeth removed and they mutilated my gums. They crammed a denture that was to small in my mouth and sent me on my way. That was 3 months ago...I'm still eating with my old partial because no one will see me. They left me unable to eat properly and have still not contacted me for an appointment. If you call Muncie office they DO NOT answer phone. PLEASE, PLEASE think about going to any other place. I had to and currently being fixed...although I had to pay for it again. Muncie office had no problem taking my money and leaving me screwed...they're happy to take your money (up front), but they'll leave you hurting and unable to eat. Made me give them on star, otherwise I would not have given that. Walked in, and a sign on the window saying you have to have your dentures clean of any fixodent . How was I to do that? With my car keys? Maybe telling clients before they got there would help. Receptionist was kind, then my name was called and a nurse greeted me with scrubs on that looked like she had pulled them out of the bottom of the laundry basket. I apologized for not having the fixodent removed from my dentures and she was hateful. Doctor was also hateful, trying to talk me into something I clearly told him I could not afford.
