So two cancellations in less than a year. For a family of 5. In the middle of flu season. Their tone of voice on the phone was very rude and the woman literally said to me " well, NOW my assistant has nothing to do for the hour you were supposed to be here. If you would have given us proper notice, she wouldn't be standing around with nothing to do." Ok lady. Not my problem. She was very condescending and made it sound like I was a huge inconvenience and blamed me that myself or my child could not predict feeling ill 24 hours in advance. Ok, In that case I'll just bring whatever virus I have RIGHT in to you! Next time let me consult my crystal ball that gives me a forecast of when my child will get sick 24 hours in advance! (8 hrs notice was the best I could do) They informed me I am now moved to "same day patient only" status meaning I have to call every morning to see if there is an opening that day. No thanks! I'll go elsewhere and be treated with respect and not talked down to.

He said I had seven cavities in one side of my mouth, and he filled them all in one day. He bonded multiple teeth together and left flash stuck between teeth he hadn't even worked on. The dentist lets assistants do fillings, and they're done poorly and without regard for the way teeth are actually supposed to be shaped. I had so much nerve damage that I needed a root canal. They also refused to release my x-rays to me electronically after I went to another dentist, so I had to pay for a second set out of pocket because insurance wouldn't cover two full sets of x-rays in the same year. Please do not go here. He does not do good work, and his follow-up care is abysmal.

Too much pain when tightening my metal pieces onto my implants. He extracted the implant (without sedation or Lidocaine injections) ,and it seemed very intentional He torqued it out of the bone and the implant had tissue on it. I am asking for compensation for only receiving 8 of the 9 implants and without compensation soon I will obtain legal help for the loss of the implant and add to it the pain suffering and emotional trauma I endured at the hands of Samosh. Waiting to hear from Affordable Dentures manager. I am not the first person he has done this to. Any Associates working there should not defend him because he is the owner and boss. What he did was wrong. I told him before he torqued it from my jaw that I had tightened that metal piece the night before and it was tight. He offered to replace this implant for free. If you are skeptical about cleanliness, it will be the least of your worries here. Everyone is super friendly and super informative. They are fast, effective and efficient. I had my wisdom teeth pulled yesterday, and he did remarkably well! My anxiety levels were through the roof (I have put this off for nearly a decade because of it), but they made sure to make me feel as comfortable as possible and communicated what they were doing/going to do, the entire time. I checked in @ 1pm and was out the door before 2pm. I was so confident in his practice (based on what I was told by others) that I chose to go to him, even though he is "out-of-network" for my dental insurance provider. Even though it increased my out-of-pocket, I DO NOT REGRET IT! He knows what he is doing and so do his staff, they are fantastic!

Told you don't feel any pain, you don't have dry socket (in both) (which I did), rough handling to the point your crown on another tooth is popped off. Bruises on both sides of your face told and you don't need pain meds. Countless injections on both sides of your face for numbing and not even told you were going to be reopened again. Nerves hit repeatedly to the point a panic attack is induced and told "oh stop it... We don't do that here". Having to remain in the chair, quiet, bleeding and feeling it. Then a panic attack happens. You get HIS doctor notes approving the time you need off. But it when it comes to your paperwork for work- he fills it out completely wrong 5 times. It's only 8 questions. Changes his answers, doesn't respond to emails, doesn't pay for the crown he dislodged, and now your job is at stake. The staff argues with you about the time off letters and it's wording. Yeah never going back and telling everyone this story.
