My wife let the plumber in the home to do the work. Later the plumber's rude assistant called me on the phone and I foolishly paid the bill over the phone without looking at the work. When I returned home only about 1/3 of the work was done yet they charged me $275 for 5 minutes of their time and now will not return phone calls.

They were not but the owner himself called me back in 10 minutes and noting that it was a Friday assured me they could get us fixed that afternoon. He also called to let me know when they were on the way. He texted me to make sure he had the right parts to fix it with him. Fixed it in no time and also to steps to prevent it happening again. I was truly shocked when he gave us the repair total. It was so less expensive than I expected considering he had to drive from North Lafayette.
