You get what you pay for. I have been transfer EVERYTIME I call to the incorrect person, I've emailed multiple times with no response. Unfortunately, I can't give this firm -5 stars for all the miss representation that they gave us. Buyer beware, but these are not attorneys, but only paper pushers. They'll talk the tall tales, but they messed up royally on legal law 101, by not knowing the basics, such as you can't file for a divorce with not lived in Arizona for six months....... so basically you need to be your own attorney and read the Arizona laws so that they don't miss represent what you can do and you then get in front of the judge and they tell you you'll have to re-file since you didn't live in Arizona for six months!! They also didn't confirm that you can legally serve someone who's in jail. And then have the guts to ask you for additional funds to do another Process Server. Bottom line, I wouldn't touch these folks with a 10 foot pole., but I guess I can't stop you from wasting your money too. read more

We must have been frustrating to Worley and Kate, but they never let on. They were very professional with our signing the papers, then panicking a few weeks later and asking them if we could stop it. I needed a simple divorce. It took me sometime to get everything ready to avoid delaying the process once I get it to start. I paid the original fee $499 and then $200 additional fee when I stated there was a common property. This people are rude, have no resources to manage the work load and there is only ONE person who does the input of everything you fill out (very poor questionnaire) and have the forms back to you to sing and then out to file. I was told my case will have to wait 3 weeks just to have the forms ready for my original review because this person was going on vacation and she have had no vacations for a while. Well...... she should go into a different business. I went back on line and found an AMAZING very courteous company "Onlinedivorce" their forms are very comprehensive so you don't miss anything and it took them 24 hours to have the forms back to me to approve. After that I had the forms in the mail in 24 hours. My case is filed already. I need to say I paid $300 less. Be aware AZ Divorce is not a company you go to if you are looking for SERVICE. Is a one way street and keep in mind they are not attorneys. God forbid you send them more than one email because this lady will move back and bite you!
