This dr. Is terrible! He does not know what he is doing. The only reason he has 5 stars is because on your way out he stands over you telling you to give him a 5 star rating as you are leaving. I have been under the care of Dr. Stam for 10 months and I am so happy about my results. I was treated for nail and foot fungus. My treatment plan included topical medication, oral medication, laser, anti fungal socks, anti fungal creams, occlusion, and anti fungal spray. I travel 45 minutes to receive care from this office because they are affordable and accommodate my schedule by staying late in order for me to complete my treatment. Please don't go to this doctor's office, they charged me for nail tests and didn't tell me anything about how much it would be, months later my medical insurance sent me the bill. always ask what tests they are going to do on your nails, because they try to get everything they can out of your medical insurance. very disappointed with this doctor. read more

I came in with a pain in the bottom of both heels. Dr. Stam worked out that it was Plantar Fasciitis, which I suspected. He injected a mixture of anesthesia and steroids to reduce the pain and inflammation (okay, seeing a needle go into my foot was strange but it didn't hurt because of the cold treatments). Also suggested physical therapy exercises and a boot to wear at night to reduce tightening of the tendon while sleeping. My right foot was better but in my left, it reduced the pain for only a few days. I went back a week later and Dr. Stam did the same thing with a stronger dose. Again, it reduced the pain but was not permanent. Although my right foot felt very little pain. Two weeks later I was back and Dr. Stam discussed using Regenerative Injection therapy (stem cell therapy). I researched this earlier and was a much better alternative, with higher success rates, than shock therapy or platelet rich plasma (PRP) injections. I still had pain in my foot but continued the exercises and boot while sleeping. Results: I didn't notice anything until the 9th day. That day was amazing. My pain went, using a range of 1 to 10 (1 being the no pain), from 8 to 2! Here it is, months later, and I still don't have pain in either foot! This office is amazing! Dr. Stam and his staff are truly dedicated for providing excellent service and care. I went to see Dr Stam for a leg muscle I pulled at the gym. As soon as I got there I felt welcomed. Immediately we started talking about what happened and about my concerns. Dr Stam was very knowledgeable and very patient in listening to my story while explaining everything he believes is the problem and how to proceed in fixing it. Dr.Craig was amazing and very caring . I came into the consult very nervous and afraid of feeling pain , but he was very kind and explained the procedure to be done and what to expect . The office is very clean and the staff very nice. My procedure went so perfect I felt NO PAIN at all ! Which was great and I can't wait to see the results once it heals . Dr. Stam and his partner/wife Aixa are the best team! He knows all about foot and leg issues and a whole lot more and she surely has the health insurance knowledge to get you in and out smoothly. I highly recommend this office. Last year an orthopedic sent me for surgery for a foot fracture. I was against that and did not elect to have the surgery. I'm extremely thankful with Dr. Craig Stam and wife who works with him at the office. They are very friendly and helpful. Around 20 years ago, a lipoma formed on my foot caused by trauma from using an uncomfortable shoe while working at a restaurant and standing up for extended hours at a time. The lipoma got pretty big and ugly. It was never painful but esthetically I wanted to do something about it. I went to a different doctor who wanted to remove it through surgery. I didn't want to get a scar so I decided not to do it. Instead I decided to get a second opinion. That's how I found Affordable foot and leg clinic on the internet. I called and made my appointment by the next day. That quickly! I waited just few minutes for the doctor. He treated the lipoma using liposuction and a cortisone injection. He was done within minutes. It has been three days and the lipoma is down half of its size. Amazing! I'm so happy. Aixa has been following up with me daily. My next appointment is in two weeks.
