This is one company who has been able to accommodate our glass cutting requests. It's become my husband's go to knowing we can count on them. One example: my husband was having a hard time cutting the over-sized subway tiles because of the paper backing used to give it color. This type of tile needs a special tile cutter and not the one that's usually used for ceramic tiles. Rather than buy the expensive tile cutter for a small project, my husband decided to call Affordable Glass and asked them if they could to it. They immediately said yes but asked to see the tiles first. He took it to their shop and they managed to cut a few of them at a reasonable price. We received 3 quotes for a shower door for my Mom's Independent Senior Living apartment. Affordable Glass was by far the most reasonable but more than price, their service was impeccable. Office staff was courteous and helpful, and the install guys (Joseph and Rudy) took their time. They explained the process to me and my mom as to why the hinges should go on a certain side, took care not to damage anything and cleaned up as if they were never there. Leo and Travis came to the house and worked very hard to remove a large mirror 118"x 58" and were able to trim it for me. They were careful and courteous!! I had them replace my glass table top for a coffee table. They had it done so fast that I wasn't ready to pick it up yet! I asked them to hold on to it until the end of the week so I could arrange to pick it up and they were happy to oblige. They also were cheaper than the competition.
