Only use if you are in a pinch because they PRICE GOUGE. I had a small glass pane break out of the bottom portion of my window. I was going to fix it myself and had found the glass at Home Depot and Lowes for approximately $32 and the silicon was about $10 for the tube. My problem was that I could not get to it after a few days and I was leaving out of town soon so I called Mission Glass to repair it. They price gouged, me charging me $209.89. They were quick to take my order, quick to arrive, they were able to repair the window with in 10 minutes. The service was great with the exception of the price. If they pay their technician's $30/hr. with a 32% burden, 1hr labor to include travel, assuming the material cost above, and 10% overhead. The cost would have been $89.76. That means they are charging a 57.23% profit and in my case that was $120.13. The thing that irritated me is they refused to give me a itemized receipt upon request, but then they insisted I sign a blank form saying the work was complete. To be clear the technician was nice about it, but he was required to get my signature. I filled the form out myself and took a carbon copy after signing. I only agreed to the service because of a time crunch otherwise I would have shopped around and/or just finished the project myself. read more

This place was not very professional at all. The guy doing the actual work did as much as he could but as for the office. STAY AWAY. My troubles started on Saturday and and now its Monday. They insisted I pay before the work was completed. Ithats where my stupidity comes in. They ordered a part and told me they couldn't do the work until Monday. They had me come back on Monday only to tell me they got the wrong part in. Keep I mind I left work early on Friday. I took Monday off. Would NEVER recommend this company and I didn't even use them for their services. Called to have them come out and do a quote for a cheap window (not double pained nor energy efficient). They told me they only have times between 9-1 and 1-5. I selected the 1-5 time frame and told them to put a note to their employee to come between 330 or after due to that is the time someone would be home. They then said they can't guarantee after 330pm. YES they can. The worker need only to make my house second to last or last. Too easy. And the receptionist put me on hold twice consulting with someone dim wit in the background. Tried to charge a 49.95 travel fee just to come out and do a quote. NO MA'AM!!!! She knew they would avoid my place during my requested time to eat up the money and say they missed me. GTFOH!!!! The other two companies I called obviously want business unlike this business. We called provided pictures and Cindy gave a bid over the phone . She said someone was suppose to come by between 9-1 the following day. We called at 12:45 on the day of the appointment and Sydney said Sorry no one is coming they can't do it. She also said she couldn't tell us why because we were deleted from their system. My wife asked to speak with a manager and she heard someone say tell them I am eating and Ill call back. After waiting around we got a phone call from Cindy and she said she did call and leave us a message. We had no phone calls or messages but she insisted. Mission glass will give you lower initial quote . Once they come to your "beautiful house "for window measurement and will " up the price "by giving some stupid reasons . When job was done , i gave them my credit card to pay , their card machine was not working for some reason . my google pay and zelle wont allow transaction to happen. so Roland calls his boss " cindy " who calls herself an owner . Cindy tells me that i will have to pay 10 bucks extra for manual transaction . I refused to be charged extra when its not my fault. Beware before ordering any piece of glass. They cut the glass to the incorrect size. When I spoke to the manager/ owner Cindy, she had the worst attitude ever! I've never dealt with such stubborn and unprofessional person! Never again. After they were finished installing the window, I signed an invoice. They sent by email a way for payment. After five minutes, I got a call from them telling me to pay and that if I don't pay the workers couldn't leave my house. After that I was called every minute. I said I was working on paying. For some reason my card was not working online and the office kept calling. The worker came to my door and said if I don't pay they would remove the window. He said he was going to remove it in 15 minutes. I said the issue is not that I am not going to pay. I signed the invoice. There is something wrong with my card. I talked to the manager Cyndi who yelled at me and said I had an hour and half to pay and some other things. Anyway, I paid within a half hour of me signing the invoice. I wish I have read this reviews before coming here would have save me a lot time. My car had got broken into and was stressful calling for quotes. They were near by and reasonable. One star is for the tech he is very nice and just doing his job and second I guess is for the price. So I left work early to get the window fix was ready and waiting when the tech said it's the wrong glass. The lady basically blame me that I told her the wrong window, but I took it as a miss communicated but reading from other reviews its happen before with others. I was quite annoyed because the lady didn't even apologize. So I planned to return the next day and leave work early again. Second day I return and I was even running little late, the lady says the techs are running late on another job and if I wanted to come back. She could have called me that their running late, I declined and stayed cause I don't have time to drive home and back plus I to pick my daughter up around 5. So this time I'm getting annoyed and waited in this small offices she training a new girl and hear her arguing with a customer on the phone. So ask the lady first if I get a discount for the inconvenience and said no because Already cheap and said the techs are on the way and tells me if I want to go somewhere else I could. This is when I getting more annoying by her attitude. Time is running and Is already pass 4:00pm and I get my daughter around 5:00pm. We scheduled 3 glass companies to bid on a shower door. Mission scheduled the measure about a month out, then called back the next week to say they had an availability the next day. No one came and they called, distraught, to reschedule since their tech just quit. It happens. Fortunately, it didn't affect my schedule, but would have been inconvenient for most. When they came out, two guys showed up that were very unprofessional in appearance. I don't feel I can give more details without being rude. We never received a quote/call and I didn't pursue one... any potential savings isn't worth the risk that it isn't installed properly/safely. read more

This company used to be great but evidently has hired some new staff members who are incompetent and rude. They scheduled us for a Monday and never called or showed up. They then accused of us not answering the door or phone claiming they had called 6 times, which our call logs proved they had not. We then received an email that we should find someone else because we "falsely accused them" and they were "in compliance". I suppose that "in compliance" means making up whatever they want to tell customers who have spent thousands of dollars. I would never recommend this company to anyone who actually wants to get work done. Do not expect the owner to help you at all. She thinks it is okay to hang up on people without taking ownership for her rude employees and her lying technicians. I am also not sure that I believe "Cindy" is the owner. This is my second time using this company. First time was great. Second time was not ! They first stated they never came out and gave me a estimate on my window. Argued with me about it. The worker came out a second time to give me another quote and stated he remembered coming out to my house. So boom pay to get my window fixed. Another guy comes replaced the window and damaged the glaze. I contact the shop she gives me all these excuses ...weather mostly. But it was not there prior to install. He damaged it! She stated he will come the next day. I wait around all day and he doesn't show. Call the shop to be told basically he didn't do it and they aren't going to fix it because they can't find the glaze I have. And it was pre existing. Attaching photos to show it was not pre existing. I am very upset with the level of service they give a paying customer. it took them almost a week to get someone to come out give me a estimate. They send you an email which you have to reply in order for them to order the glass.... interesting to say the least. Its now been 1 week + 1 day and I still don't have a glass window. I called to find out whats taking so long as because I was told 3-7 days for my piece of glass. When I called in I was told 7-10 days for a piece of class. If I could give this company zero stars I would this is the absolute worst customer service and worst company I have ever come across. We made an appointment for them to come out and do an estimate between 1pm and 2 PM. I left work at noon to make sure I was home by 1 o'clock sat at my house until 230 nobody ever showed up I called them and asked what was going on and all she could say was I dropped the ball and they had an emergency. That's fine I understand that there are emergencies but she didn't call anybody to let them know that no one was coming out. So I said when can they come out later, she said oh no not till Monday so I had to take 1/2 day today and she wants me to take time off on Monday to are you kidding. She wouldn't apologize or anything or try to work anything out with me all she said was I'm not going to help you and we're not going to do the service for you. Mission was initially supposed to replace my hail-shattered window on Friday between 1 - 5pm, but called at almost 4pm to reschedule for Monday, which was okay because they arrived as scheduled on Monday and the techs were nice. The new window is now installed. On the complaint side: there are gobs of epoxy exposed on the inside of the window and when they removed the shards of old glass and stripping they dumped them in my recycling bin instead of in the trash bin right next it. They also left sizable shards of glass on the ground below the window outside (an issue because my dogs run around out there). But, since I can't feel the wind blowing or see day light between the seams of the window, so I'm counting it as acceptable. read more

Beware Management/ Owners encourage and allow their guys to be aggressive towards women and the elderly. Do not allow them in your home or at your place of business. I am a General Manager of a local hotel, and please take it from me that you do not want to do business with this company. After they completed installing a glass door in one of our units they came to the front desk to collect payment. I was at the front desk checking in 2 of our VIP guests, I explained to him that I will be right with him. I was just about to hand keys to a guest when he jumped out of his seat came over and interrupted me and started yelling that he is not going to wait anymore and he needs payment now. I kindly smiled at him ( remember I have two VIP guest standing in front of me) I said I do apologize sir I am just about done checking these guests in and I will be right with you. He then yelled No! I need my payment now or I will go remove the glass and leave." I told him again with a smile "you can do whatever it is you feel like you need to do sir." The guest in front of me became upset with the way he was talking to me and one of them said "He cannot do that it is illegal once you have installed the glass." He said "No! It's not and you better mind your own business old man!" He started to walk towards my guest and that is when I told him he needed to leave! I was so appalled I called the company right away a girl answered I told her what had happened and told her this guy needs to off of my property! I will pay her or she can send the older guy in but this little punk needed to leave my property NOW! She said hold on then someone else came back to the phone and said "my guys are in the office trying to collect payment." I told her the same thing I just told the other girl that they needed to leave. She got very rude and said "they are in the lobby and want their money" I repeated to her what had happened, and her response was "well, YEA they are tired and just want their money so they can go home!" I said "are you serious?" What kind of place is this? I told her this is a hotel I had guest at the front, it is not as if I was avoiding them. I asked to speak with her manager- She said I am the Manager. I said ok I am going to need to speak to the owner or something. She then jump strait out of a Valley girl movie and said " I am , the manager I'm the owner there is not one higher than me that you are going to talk to! So they are in the office waiting for your payment." I then told her she can take her glass and shove it up her you know what, as long as they got off of my property. And they did just that! Due to hail damage, I needed the glass in three windows to be replaced. I called for an estimate and it seemed reasonable. The technicians showed up at my house on the scheduled day at 1:30pm, they looked at the damage, then had the office call me. The person on the phone said that they "didn't have enough time" to fix the windows because my windows are made of wood and I didn't tell them that AND the price would go up by over $100. First, I'm pretty sure that I did mention that they were wood windows. Second, they should have asked if the windows were wood. Ugh, fine, I reschedule for a week later when they "have more time". I go and ask the technicians "How much time do you need to fix these windows?" and they say "2 hours". I respond, "Umm, it's only 1:30, why can't you do it now?" The technicians, who were nice, basically tell me that it isn't up to them and that the company has a bigger job that day at a school and that the company has to finish that job before the school closes, so I basically got bumped for another customer. Ugh, I call to speak to a manager and I'm told that there isn't a manager that day.... umm, ok ,then who is approving the schedule that caused me to get bumped. They weren't the least bit apologetic and kept acting like it was my fault that they were over booked. I mean don't get me wrong, I love taking another day out of my schedule and taking off of work to sit around and wait for someone to show up at my house whenever they feel like it so I keep the appointment for a week later. A week later... they never call and they never show up. I am so glad that I didn't give this company any of my business; they treat people horrible.
