They did a great job and returned the cart three days later. I noticed a slight noise and made them aware of it. The noise did get worse after a month or so and I made arrangements for them to pick up the cart and take look. I wasn't sure if this was a new problem or something they had already repaired. Turns out it was a defective part they had installed. This part was replaced and they fixed a couple of other issues they had found. They took care of the bill and delivered the cart in two days. We were about to cancel the transaction when they finally delivered it to us. In December 2025 the GPS screen was not working, we called and were notified they were not carrying that brand anymore but would order the screen as it was still under warranty. By the end of January we went in to see what the status was and they still had not received the screen but assured us they would call when it was delivered. Now at the end of March and we have not heard from anyone. We had to go elsewhere and pay out of pocket to get a new screen. Would not recommend Caddy Carts as they are not trustworthy and do not honor contracts.
