Long version With brown water coming up the drains, toilets not flushing , and my (now previous) septic company booked up ("they're all emergencies"), I contacted many companies. Lewis was one of two respondents. They could not come out either due to circumstances beyond their control, but WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to suggest other firms. One of those firms made an appointment b/c of the referral. Lewis Septic didn't just make recommendations, they answered questions and advised me, presenting various possible problem scenarios and their solutions. They even followed up after the other company's visit to see how it went. No, they did not work on my septic, BUT they helped solve my emergency.
