Absolutely no communication. The septic working BUT there is standing water everywhere. When our…read morealarm went off (which we were told nothing about) the owner came out and said he didnt have time to talk to me. The dirt is caving in by the tanks. The front yard is mud because thats where they dumped the dirt for the job. We think he blocked our phone because we cant get ahold of him. They came back acouple of days ago and seeded the hump and when asked about the standing water they said they'd get to it later. And that was after not being here at all for about a week. They took out 3/4 of our deck And we cannot even use our back sliding door. WHEN he sends his workers here they have been wonderful but we realize their hands are tied. There are puddles and streams everywhere and the whole area that they worked id mud. We cant use our back yard and had to put up an ugly make shift fence in the front yard which along with the mud I'm sure the neighbors cant be happy about. So we continue to wait for the job to be done after 3 weeks and have no idea when that might be. If i could give 0 stars i would give him (Scott) a minus 5. By the way, we are senior citizens

I've had one interaction with Scott. Unfortunately, I believed him when he posted that a boat he was selling had a new motor with only 15 hours on it, I believed him when he said there was nothing wrong with the boat, I believed him when he agreed on a price including a "sea trial" to demonstrate that the boat was in good condition. He then changed his mind and said no sea trial, not even a "muff test". Then he lowered the price to sell "as is". Then, he refused to honor the lowered price. Despite these red flags, I took him at his word that the boat was in good shape and the motor was new. I paid him and picked up the boat. As soon as I got it home I discovered that the engine appears to have a cracked block. I've texted Scott, I've phoned Scott, the boat broker to whom he made representations about the boats condition has called and texted Scott. Scott is not communicating with anyone now. It's just my opinion, but I would reconsider doing any business with someone who conducts his personal affairs in this kind of a manner...

    Johnson Johns & Septic Service

TL;dr Johnson Septic…read morewas helpful, knowledgeable, and prompt (early!). They charged a reasonable price. Long version Brown water was rising from tenants' bathtubs, and toilets wouldn't flush, despite regular septic servicing. Called my regular company (now previous) in the morning requesting emergency service, but was told all their appointments were emergencies and it would be a few days. I understand that this is the beginning of peak season, but I've been a faithful client. Maybe they were having a bad day, but I doubt there was fecal matter in their tub. I called and emailed over a dozen companies, most did not reply. A few replied, saying they couldn't help, one very kindly recommended other companies, including Johnson Septic. Johnson agreed to make room in their schedule the next day, and told me their prices, which are based on the volume removed. I did not feel that I was up-charged for the emergency nature. I called for my service window this morning, and received a call when the truck was 25 minutes away. The techs were extremely polite ("Sir/Ma'am" polite) and answered all my questions, even though I asked some twice. They found the problem (a wipesburg), removed it, and flushed the tanks. My tenants are happy, I'm happy. I hope you will be happy with their service too.
