In two words: outstanding service. I recently bought a new 4K TV and a "mini" (3.1) home theater system and had no idea how to upgrade my cable and Internet services and put it all together. I lucked out as David, the owner of HT-Install, came out himself and spent three hours getting the wi-fi working, connecting all the various cables (including supplying two Ethernet cables I was lacking), programming all the remotes, calibrating the sound and video, explaining how it all works, etc. etc. etc. He even "dummy proofed" it for me by drawing a grid of which remote buttons to use for which functions - and tested me on it! David is the consummate professional: on time, friendly, polite, knowledgeable and a super problem solver. On his advice, I plan to purchase a universal remote to simplify things and I won't hesitate to call HT-Install to come program it when I do. One thing I didn't realize is that HT-Install is a licensed dealer in many quality AV products, including Sony, Samsung, Sonos, Klipsch, Yamaha and many others. They not only can install a home theater system but help you design one based on your space. budget, etc., as well as get a you good deal on the components. In short, HT-Install is a complete solution for home theater. I wish I had known that before I put mine together! I can't speak for the other guys who work for HT-Install as I only dealt with David, but I have no doubt they're as good as the other reviewers here have suggested. I called David based on those reviews and could not be more satisfied. if you're going to invest thousands of dollars in a home theater system, you owe it to yourself to invest a small fraction of that amount in having it set up properly by true professionals. Did some renovations to our home here in W. Boynton Beach and we had to basically rip out all the wiring for our 2 home theater system setups so our Contractor's guys could paint and do what they needed to do. I figured it would take me a good week or more to reconnect everything for the 2 HT systems (and we really wanted to clean things up by hiding some of the wiring behind the walls, etc.), so I searched online for a good home theater company. Called HT-Install and everyone was very professional and set up the appointment with David (whom I didn't know was the owner, but found out when he came) for the estimate. David & I went over everything and he first gave me a rough estimate which I appreciated and then e-mailed me a written estimate within a couple hours later that day. I accepted his contract and we scheduled the work to be done a few days later. The 2 HT-Install Techs came on time the day of the job, and both guys were super nice, knowledgeable and professional and just did their job efficiently and neatly without any major problem. I made sure to go over everything and test everything was working again before they left; I noticed a couple things weren't working properly and they immediately addressed and fixed the issues without any complaints. The wires were all reconnected and zip-tied and some were affixed to the wall or hidden behind our walls. Both my wife and I are very pleased with HT'Install's work and we now have our 2 main TVs/home theaters setup exactly the way we wanted them...clean and easy to use! I do not know where to begin...From the office staff..I believe her name is Anita...to David, Juan, Pedro and Chris...everyone is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, thorough and on time...they helped me out of a problem I thought was insurmountable and I know more than a bit about stereo systems...my builder gave me false info and they corrected the builder's erroneous promises in a very fair install. The saved me countless hours of testing myself and pulling my hair out. Juan D & Gabriel came to provide wiring to hardwire our smart TVs to the internet and to provide wiring so that our television receivers could be hardwired instead of wireless. Our television providers have never been able to hardwire all of our television receivers so they gave us wireless receivers for those locations they couldn't figure out how to wire up. These wireless boxes have always had service glitches so I decided to use HT Install. David came to the house to discuss the job with me. My request was to run wiring to hardwire the television locations that had wireless receivers and David helped me understand the benefit of also hardwiring my Orbi wifi system and then connecting directly to the smart televisions since one day we will be streaming our video. David came out to set up Juan D and Gabriel to do the work and they were terrific!!! I would recommend HT Install to everyone who has difficult wiring issues. read more

David and his son are complete professionals I have used HT-Install several times for some CCTV work, mounting an outside TV, to programing my universal remotes. Each time when I called them David has always been by my house in a short amount of time has always arrived on time (none of that waiting around waiting for hours). He fixed what I had messed up. He even set up some of my electronics so that he can fix/adjusted or modified them remotely. The customer service is outstanding you can tell he cares and takes his time and has pride in his work and customer satisfaction never that rushed feeling. best surveillance system installers in the town! i run a business in delray and i was desperately looking for a company to fix my cameras system which out of sudden stopped working, and i called them. we set up appointment and for some reason the technician assigned for my job got stuck in an other job and because of that their manager came to take care of my problem only to honor the appointment i had with them, instead of calling to cancel it. it is more and more rare to find companies with this level of seriousness and professionalism, respecting customers'needs, in a really competitive prices, and i am so glad i found one of them. thank you so much david for taking care of us... read more

A good friend recommended David and HT when we renovated our home. David came in and outlined the whole house with re-positioning old televisions into new locations; getting new televisions and placing them perfectly; he and his crew do everything for you which is perfect - other work included installing Sonos, Netflix, DVD player, electric sun-screen blinds, universal remotes and a completely wireless look with infra-red technology. This was way beyond my expectations and my wife and I couldn't be happier. Recently his company also helped with just a couple of follow-up questions over the phone at no charge. I've used H-T Install for five years and got the recommendation from my alarm company when we built our house. I had them come to fix the problems that our original installer had created! They are quick and efficient and are not constantly selling you new equipment that you don't need. That said I just had them install new wifi equipment. They stay up to date on the technology, its reliability and the proper application for our needs. I was pulling my hair out over Comcast's oblivious concern to my Xfinity Platform being off line for one week after the electrical storms in the area. Comcast has many divisions and no one seems to know what the other is doing. A total of twenty calls to Comcast! I finally gave up and called Mellon Security who installed my entire house systems and they recommended HT-INSTALL. David came out and it took three hours to get me totally up and running. I can't be more satisfied with their service. Even though David was a little late, he had the courtesy to call me and letting me know he would be at my place 15 min late. He was very savvy, knowledgeable, a gentleman! He solved all my surveillance camaras problems and went the extra mile helping me with my door lock code. I would recomend him, and the company anytime.
