I wasn't able to use them as the projector i needed repaired required highly specialized parts. but what really impressed me was that the gentleman that I spoke to over the phone was very helpful. He explained why it may be a challenge.. then took the time to give and explain multiple alternatives in how i could possibly get it repaired... which was greatly appreciated! One thing I do know is based on the level of attention and care received even when they weren't/couldn't make a sale says a lot (sadly many businesses don't operate like this anymore) .. and they will be my first choice should I ever need any repair services on my Tv or other related electronics. Chris came out to the house last night to address an issue of dark screen on a dlp screen which is a 65 inch class projector type television which uses a lamp to illuminate or backlight the screen. My lamp was distorted after 4 years of heavy use, i watch a lot of movies. He removed the lamp showed me the distortion in the lamp bulb and had my picture back to a like new condition in about 40 minutes flat. I recommend perfect television to anyone having issues with their large expensive televisions as it may save you thousands on buying a new one which just occured at my house. I found this place on Yelp and they came out to my house today to fix my TV. The tech was very knowledgable and did a great job on my flatscreen. He had to go back to the shop to get a board but the job was done in 2 hours including the travel time. Price was extremely reasonable. I was actually prepared to spend more. The service tech was really nice and showed us how to use the smart features on my Samsung TV. I'm actually going to have them back to do my home theater setup. They also sell/ install home theater speakers and mount tv's. Can't wait to get that done next. read more

I have tried multiple times to schedule a repair on my tv that I had a service call done on April 2 of this year. The technician refuses to call me back and your company refuses to schedule the service. I'm assuming it's so that you can "pocket" the $65 I paid for the initial appointment. Call me immediately. These people basically stole my tv. They originally picked my TV up for repair on 8/21/15 and have not returned it as of 12/5/15. I have called over 10 times and always get some bs answer that some guy scott is working on that one. i've asked for the owner or manger, and get no one or any answers. I have tried to level with them and explain that i just want my tv fixed and back but no one has ever called me back. I'm the last person that would write a review like this, but they have given me no choice. My tv is a 70' sharp that is not even 3 years old. Now I have to get a lawyer involved because they won't even answer the phone. I've been in business for a while and cannot even comprehend how these people think this is ok. Called perfect TV today to fix my Samsung 65" LED. TV got hit by a power surge but luckily I was able to get it fixed today. I called at 10am. All I can say is Wow! My plasma TV wasn't working right for several days and it was driving me crazy. I decided yesterday (Saturday), I was going to do something to resolve it, either get appointment to repair it, locate some place that could help, or just buy another TV. Lucky for me I found Perfect TV & Appliances. Not only were they gracious and professional on the phone, but they were able to get me an appointment for the same day to come to my condo since the TV is wall mounted and I had no idea how to get it down if I had to. Scott showed up very promptly, was extremely professional and courteous and got everything taken care of in a matter of about a minute, which was the problem I tried to fix on my own for several hours. This place is WONDERFUL!!!! I had an issue with my newer Samsung Television and was instructed by Samsung to use a company called Lake TV....HUGE MISTAKE!!!!! I cancelled after not only reading horror stories of reviews but after they instructed me I would receive better service if I paid cash AND tipped the service man?!!!! I researched and found Perfect TV....from the minute I called and spoke to Chris to schedule my appointment to the the moment Scott the repairman showed up at my home (and on time I may add) the experience was more than what I could ever imagine. Scott knew his business and found what was wrong immediately, he went over the entire repair process, time frame and price with me (the price was exrtremely reasonable) and as for the delivery of parts, I was kept posted on delivery. Scott called and scheduled an appointment to complete the repairs on my television in my home (and yes, on time again) repaired in less than 20 minutes and my television is now as good as new.
