Very user friendly website to shop and see prices, colors, table sizes, dishware, linens, all your party needs! I called poor Bob a few times whenever my party count would downsize and he was always happy to update my new count on dishes and what not. I paid the $70 delivery/pickup fee since I could not fit all those items in my truck in 1 trip and was relieved they dropped off on a friday afternoon and picked up Monday, to give me ample time to prep and put everything away. I used Affordable for rental of chairs for my wedding. They were extremely friendly on the phone and the price was the best I found after shopping around. They were on time for drop off and pick up and everything went smoothly. My only complaint is that someone said they would call me to confirm the drop off time, etc and no one ever did and I was never able to reach someone to confirm. 5 Stars is not enough for this company! Scheduling my rentals with Mike was extremely easy. I even called him a couple times to add something on, and it was never an issue. On the day of my event, Bob and his crew were right on time. And while Bob and I got aquatinted, his crew took it upon themselves to help my team (all young women) finish taking cases of soda, beer, and ice out of a car trunk. The next day, when they came to pick the rentals back up they found me struggling with a Home Depot rental truck and swamp cooler, and they helped me load a 70lb swamp cooler into the back of a truck that wasn't even theirs. This was nothing but a positive experience from the get go! Our tables, chairs & linens were ready to go when we got there on Saturday. When we were all thru my husband called up and the owner literally went out of his way to make it more convenient for us to bring our items back. I called Bob desperately about dishware for my wedding. Since my wedding falls on Labor Day weekend, he had many orders and could not fit me in. Bob gave me other vendors to call but unfortunately were not anywhere near my strict budget. I don't recall how we got in touch again but he was very concerned I didn't have anyone to provide me dishware. He provided with alternative options; possibly purchasing stuff from Ikea, disposable dishware... He was giving me so many ideas that I started to not feel so overwhelmed. On the side note, we ended our call with him informing me he would call me back if he had any cancellations. In my head, I was like "yeah right, you are not going to call back, everyone says that".......A DREAM COME TRUE! Within 48 hours he called back and said he can squeeze me in for the amount of people and price range I wanted. I was completely shocked, I wanted to run to his shop and put a deposit down so no one takes my spot. Basically, I haven't even received the services and I am already over the moon with how top notch their customer service is. I compared their pricing between several other rental companies in the valley and found theirs to be the most affordable-true to their name. I rented banquet tables and chairs for my sister's baby shower and all rentals were in great condition. The delivery and pickup were flawless too. They offered a small window of when they'd drop off and pickup which they made sure were convenient for me.. unlike other companies that expect you to stick around all day. The delivery driver arrived earlier than expected which was great and the pickup driver contacted me to let me know when he was close.
