We had a detailed conversation about my budget, and she made it clear that if I fell in love with anything outside of that range, she would communicate it before I even tried it on, which I really appreciated. Not every shop is that transparent, and it made me feel respected and comfortable. The entire experience felt incredibly personal and truly tailored to me. Carrie was amazing, and I also want to give a shoutout to Brooke. She was the first person I spoke with over the phone, and she immediately made me feel excited and at ease about my appointment.
