Rusty talked her through the whole situation over the phone and came out that afternoon to inspect. Rusty is very knowledgeable and during the estimate he spent a great deal of time inspecting the home and giving us our options. Rusty also took the time to explain how to get rid of the bugs and we never felt like he was trying to pressure us into any particular service. After we decided to spray her room, Rusty came out with his assistant and they took care of everything for us! They went above and beyond to take care of my daughter and I am so thankful. My neighbor was sold a termite job by another company that insisted I had termites because they supposedly had termites. The inspection from the other company was lacking to say the least. I called Affordable Pest Control to get a real inspection. AJ was very professional and informative about what I should be looking for. Most companies would just take your money and do an expensive job you may not need, but he was honest and that's refreshing in this world today. Great company ! AJ was on time and very knowledgeable . I live out in the country so it's inevitable that we are going to have spiders and black widows . But I have use other companies in the past and it never eliminated the problem . With APC GONE and even 9 months later I just now saw a few spiders in my garage so I called them out again . First of all, when I made the appointment and spoke to the owner he said he would be the one to come and exterminate our home. The appointment time was 1pm. Some other guy showed up nearly an hour late and acted like the appointment time was at 2. Nope, complete BS. I am positive of the scheduled time, as I wrote it down promptly. Then he sprays our home with the most horrible smelling hand held can of spray. SPRAY! Out of all the years we have had our homes exterminated, never has anyone used spray to spray in the air. I could hardly breath and my house smelled so bad for hours. A few weeks later we are having roach, spider, and ant problems. More problems now then before they came. I paid $250 for THAT!
