Backstory to begin: We have had "the same" clog in our kitchen drain 4x since we purchased our home. We've previously used a well-known local company to unclog the blockage. Last time they were here, WITHOUT EVEN PUTTING A CAMERA DOWN THE PIPE, they recommended either hydro jetting the pipes OR just replacing the pipes all together. Since the drain was running after they snaked it, we decided to hold off on moving forward with the options they presented. Fast forward about 8 months to now, the infamous clog had returned (big surprise) so I started researching other plumbing companies to get other opinions. I had already gotten a $1600-2500 quote for replacing the sewer pipe from a different company when I called I Fix Pipe for the hydro jetting option. I explained what we already "knew" according to the well-known company. Steve, with I Fix Pipe, recommended that we instead, start with snaking the pipe and running a camera down so we can determine the ACTUAL PROBLEM. (Me: Wow! Yeah, that sounds GREAT! For some reason, I just trusted what the initial company told me.) Steve then explained to me that Hydro Jetting is great (in the right situation) but without seeing what was going on in the pipe, it might not be the right course of action. I REALLY appreciate how this company didn't just sell me what I had asked for. I'm glad they have the customer's interest in mind, not just making money. One quote Steve said that really impressed me was when I thanked him for giving me all the info, he said, "Well, I'm treating you how I would want to be treated." THANK YOU! Our service technician was "AZ" (and I didn't catch the name of his coworker- sorry). They were both AMAZING, so knowledgeable and very professional. AZ was able to answer the "ba-zillion" questions I had. They snaked our line and then ran a camera down. It was neat to be able to be out there and watch them work. Price was great! They really treat customers like family! I Fix Pipe is going to get us some quotes on hydro jetting our line and line replacement (to a larger diameter pipe). This is DEFINITELY our new plumbing company! We will be working with them again for any of our plumbing needs! read more

I called on 01/08/2024 to get a quote on a sizeable soft water system installation at a local hotel. They set my appointment for a quote on 01/09/2024 at 1pm. I called at 12:58pm on the 10th to tell them to make sure the technician calls me so I can tell him where to meet me. The lady informed me I will have him call and he may be running a little late. Ok, no problem. 1:55 I call back and say hey...you said he was going to be a little late...its now an hour past. Can you have the technician call me to let me know what time they will arrive...sure the office lady says. 3pm comes...I leave the site. At 4:09pm I get missed call and a text...your technician is on his way. I call back at 4:15pm to say have the technician call me, I'm no longer there but I will have the front office let him in but I need to explain what needs to be done. I missed 1 call the remainder of the evening from a spam call 855 area code. So at 8:47am this morning, 1/11/24 I call the office, a bit peeved as you might imagine. The lady informs me the technician says he called me and doesn't know why he'd lie....meaning I'm a liar or confused. I lost my temper and I don't expect to hear back. We recently had a slab leak scare at our home after returning back from holiday. After noticing the water seeping through our kitchen/living room floor joint, we immediately called every plumber around town. We found I Fix Pipe on Yelp and reached out to them too, just as a back up. The first two plumbers were able to confirm that it wasn't a slab leak, but not able to locate the source of the problem. We were worried and started thinking this problem can become very costly if we're going to treat the wrong problem, like removing the kitchen sink etc. I Fix Pipe said they can be there after 1pm. Aaron, the "Pipe Whisperer", arrived. After a couple of minutes Aaron, with his supersonic hearing, was able to detect a very faint hiss coming from the water heater closet, and there it was; the tiniest leak on one of the T joints connecting the copper pipes behind the water heater and rock wall. Aaron called his team and they immedialtey fixed our issue right there on the spot. With their help we were able to avoid incurring very high and unnecessary plumbing costs. I called over 3 weeks ago to have a pool leak fixed, 3 weeks later and a bill of OVER $2,422.56 pool leak is still NOT fixed. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. After 4 separate visits it still isn't fixed, absolutely ridiculous. The technician works slow to bill more hours, doesn't carry a "certain tool" that requires him to drive back to their office over 20 mins away. He made 2 trips 20 mins each way which I am all being billed for. Saw him MULTIPLE times sitting in his truck throughout the 8.5 hours I was billed. My husband did all the digging to get to the pipe and after the leak was "fixed" the dirt was left as is. I can't imagine what a bill would have looked like if it had required the technician to dig out the pipes and recover them. I had a previous pool leak before and that company charged $1300 total and did all the digging and covering up. I called this morning to inform them of the leak with the ridiculous bill, Audrey laughed and said "that's funny ridiculous bill" completely unprofessional!!!! Now I am stuck with the bill and their work is leaking and they can't repair it for ANOTHER week! Do not use this company read more
