Rusty talked her through the whole situation over the phone and came out that afternoon to inspect. Rusty is very knowledgeable and during the estimate he spent a great deal of time inspecting the home and giving us our options. Rusty also took the time to explain how to get rid of the bugs and we never felt like he was trying to pressure us into any particular service. After we decided to spray her room, Rusty came out with his assistant and they took care of everything for us! They went above and beyond to take care of my daughter and I am so thankful. Our apartment complex had another man come by to inspect around the same time Affordable Pest Control came out. Not only were his prices higher but he did not fully inspect the house like Rusty. I will only be using this company moving forward because they are very knowledgeable in their field and also very hard working. It has been several weeks and we have had no problems! I cannot say enough good things about Affordable Pest Control!

Fox pest control usually notifies their customers 24 hours prior rescheduled service date. I received no advance notice, only a text message at (4/23/26) 8:45am, stating that the service tech will be completing the service today (4/23/26). Due to not getting notified until the morning of service, I was unable to clean my yard, due to not being at home when I received the text message, nor was I able to return home before the technician arrived (12:45pm). Your technician Jacob Laureles, may have done a good job regarding service, unfortunately the tone of his report was very rude. (If Fox Pest Control looks at my prior services it will clearly show that my property is always ready. Fox Pest Control needs to do a better job with notifying customers 24 hrs in advance so your customers can get the property ready for their service.

I never see any pests at all with the exception of the big red ants did come back after a year of their first application and they are coming back this year as promised when I noticed they were back. They actually solved my mouse problem and we all know how impossible that is. If I did see signs of them, I know they will be right out to resolve the issue with their usual very professional technicians. Called the office today to schedule that service and support staff was very proficient and wonderfully pleasant. Doesn't get any better than that!

We were still having an issue in our yard with ants but I wasn't aware they don't treat the yard. The lady I spoke to on the phone recommended a granular product (for $30) that I picked up and was able to apply myself and it seems to be working great! I think for the initial treatment, we paid around $102... we signed up to re-treat quarterly which I believe is even less. Small price to pay to keep the creepy crawlies away! Everyone I have been in contact with have been wonderful. I can't for the life of me think of the gentleman's name who sprayed... it was a unique name that started with a "Z". But then, they identified several other issues - water main only 1/2 ON, leaking underground pipes, back yard valves with no covers (and one under a poured patio!) and some heads that weren't doing the job. They told me what problems I had, told me how much it would cost to make right (VERY reasonable) and set to work doing the work with no wasted time or effort. The work was done extremely well - on budget - and my front and back lawn sprinklers are now working as they should have when first installed. Fixed front and rear stations, leaking pipes, head replacements and construction of a new back yard valve and sprinkler location - five hours, $500 labor AND PARTS! VERY REASONABLE FOR THE WORK DONE AND DONE RGHT! I greatly respect Johnny and Billy for their integrity, work ethic, knowledge and professionalism. Need sprinkler repair or new construction? His first lie was that parts were not available. PARTS WERE AVAILABLE...Internet search found MULTIPLE parts available. To include Amazon. I ordered the OEM parts, and should arrive today. I told the Tech that the issue was probably the shocks on the tub according to the troubleshooting manufacturers page (Samsung) The reason I called this company was I am not physically able to move the washer or anything having weight. Service did not meet basic needs of service call. Only solution was to replace washer less that 2 years old with parts that were easily available. Not happy with service, and feel I was taken advantage of.
