He even offered to take a bug from my room (that I had mistaken for a bed bug) and take it back to the lab to have it checked (he put it in a little vial in a plastic baggie). During the removal process as they were working to remove the bats and walking on the joists, the bat took off and startled the tech who inadvertently stepped through the ceiling leaving a hole in it. He was completely apologetic and they instantly contacted a local contractor to fix the hole and are didn't even hesitate to pay for all of it.
