I also received a complete explanation of the process that would be used and the scope of the work, the material safety data sheets on the chemicals, and "Five Mold Myths" which really helped put the whole mold issue in perspective ("it's not the next asbestos"). The team answered all my questions, always returning phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner. As they did the remediation, they explained things step by step, and even though it was miserably hot I never heard one complaint. Between the heat and the old part of the crawlspace the job took longer than anticipated, but they never cut corners or rushed to get done - in fact, they had to come back the next day to finish because they wanted to make sure it was done properly. They worked hard, did a very thorough job, cleaned everything up, and the bonus was how polite and considerate they were. I would highly recommend this team!

Jonathan was the field service tech and he carefully worked with each duct and had vacuumed each house section he worked in. He showed us photos of each duct before and after. He covered our stored goods in the basement that he had to work around. He carefully resealed all the holes in the ducts until future cleaning visits. The process took only a couple of hours and our cats were glad when he left and they could get back to sleep.

Their truck couldn't navigate our driveway on a snowy day, and instead of rescheduling, they went ahead and billed us anyway. When we called to dispute the charge, we were met with pure arrogance--told that we "don't understand how their business works" and that we were required to pay, no matter what. They demanded an outrageous amount for literally nothing. It felt like a joke--except it wasn't. This company is clearly taking advantage of the elderly without remorse. We are reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, and we encourage others to do the same. Do they honestly think they can just skip the work and still charge seniors? Absolutely disgusting.

Theyre the real deal and true craftsmen of vent cleaning. I called them up based on all the positive reviews and they did not disappoint. Worked with me on my tight move-in schedule and came right within the window of time promised. Documented with a snake scope how dirty each vent/duct were before and how clean they were after. Kept my whole house clean during and after the cleaning. HEPA vacuum unit was outside pulling negative pressure to keep the indoors free of dust. Explained everything thoroughly. Price was not cheap but quite reasonable for how thorough they cleaned (about $600 for my split level 3b/3b and 130 for dryer vent) and final price was in the quoted range with no up-sell or any last minute increases. Honest guys. Air ducts, returns, dryer vent all cleaned. Even checked my blower and told me it didn't really need to be cleaned. My vents took extra time and they stayed late until the job was done. DId a nice job patching the access to the vent. Even found issues during the cleaning that didn't involve the HVAC. I would recommend these guys again and again to anyone who is moving into a new house or apartment, or hasn't had their ducts cleaned and has allergies or is sensitive to air quality. I already had the carpet up when they got here. we a have a concrete foundation. so, it was still full of water. The people they sent at first, didn't know anything when asked questions. I had to wait for a few days until Tony, the head guy showed up and he di answer those questions. the equipment they used was super loud, couldnt carry conversation on with my wife for a few days. they took some of the base board off. when the people we hired, went to put the base board back on, we are still missing 2 pieces that we could find. they ripped out a vanity in guest bathroom. insurance didn't want to pay for it so, we faught that . insurance finally paid for vanity but won't pay for the plumbing to put it all back together so, that comes out of wife and I pocket. they broke a small figur my wife had on wall.( they are replacing.) still waiting on our bedding they took to get it cleaned.
