My oven still isn't fixed and he refuse to answer his phone or refund my money. He does business with Bass appliances, so if you call them and they recommend Jason don't even do it. Then he lied and said he was going on vacation for almost the whole month of April. I called after his alleged return date and he still wouldn't answer, so I called bass and she said she talked to him multiple times that day but he still wouldn't answer for me or return my calls. They may be in cahoots idk. If I have to be petty and take him to court about it so be it cause why are you stealing at your grown age. I will be seeing if I can file a police report for theft. He gave me a receipt and everything but I can prove my oven isn't fixed. Waiting on a legit company to fix it when the part comes in.

We used Expert Appliance Repair as a part of the Lowes warranty. Unfortunately, they were unable to…read morefix our washing machine in the 5 times they visited our home. The repairman was unprepared and asked us for supplies that he should have had on his truck like tie wraps and duct tape. He also called other repairman while at our home to figure out what was wrong with our machine. He forgot a part one time and the company lied to us stating he had an emergency that he needed to attend to. I was finally able to speak to the office, and they admitted that he forgot the part and didn't want to go all the way back to Kokomo. Another time, he replaced the part proclaiming that the machine was fixed, yet it was still making the same grinding sound. When the next repairman came out, the part that the previous repairman replaced fell off the machine when the machine was lifted. There was poor communication in the way of paperwork, we were not prioritized given the fact they had been to our home multiple times, and they displayed great incompetence. The final time that the repairman proclaimed that the machine was fixed, I tested it and immediately texted Expert Appliance Repair to let them know the machine was not fixed. There was no response, no apology, and no follow-up. This was not a difficult fix. A quick YouTube search provided the answer to the problem. This company is completely incompetent, and I have reported them to Lowes.

Left and advised I call someone else. This was my second need to call him. The first was a washing machine. I told him I thought about taking the back off it, but instead called him. He lectured me at that time that if I would have, he would not have fixed it. I should have known better and put the top back on the stove before calling him this time. I simply lost two days without a stove and have to look somewhere else. Maybe this post will help him by warding off people like me who hope they can do it themselves. He is a good repair man, but won't give you the time if you have disassembled it before he arrives. Be warned.
