Kaitlyn explained that she was initially trained in real estate photography and after discussing our needs for Airbnb photography, she was able to flawlessly capture the space in a way that guests would be able to envision themselves staying their for the holidays with their family. Just know they are firm on the 35% retainer which ended up being over $700 for us- they will not refund any of it and said that they already paid the venue, etc. So I asked for a breakdown of where my money was spent and Alisha refused to provide that. She said my attorney can contact her for a copy. Regardless of the circumstances, they will not work with you. So don't book unless you are 100% sure or you are ok with losing a lot of money should something come up. We may end up keeping our date so as not to lose that money if we can scrape up the funds to still go.
