I called Simon & Graham to check my AC unit they got to my home around 8:30 and left about 9:40. They checked it and said they cleaned the squirrel cage and put some oil in my blower motor. It did not fix it and squirrel cage was not clean. Takes 5 minutes to take blower motor out and putting it back in another 5 minute. They charged me $490. 86 for that service. Crazy that I was charged that. I paid it but I won't call them again and if people are smart they won't either unless you have alot of money to burn. read more

I was very disappointed with our service. We had a clog in our main drain outside, I knew it was the main drain outside because it happened before. I told the two guys here that it was the main drain REPEATEDLY and they would have to access it from out where the septic tank is because of how the pipes ran in our house. They would not listen to me at all. They took my toilet off which made a HUGE DISGUSTING mess all over my bathroom which leaked out into the hall....and proceeded to run the snake through which (naturally) didn't work. They did this for an hour and then decided to tell me that my septic tank needed emptied. It did not need emptied. I was then told they can't do anything about it. It was worse when they left than before they came. I could at least shower and do laundry as long as I let the water drain for a while in between and when they left here there every single drain in my entire house was backed up. I called a friend of mine who used to be a plumber. He came out when he got off work, accessed the main drain where the septic tank was and had the clog cleared out in less than 3 minutes. I then received a bill from Graham Simon for $750 (charged me double because there were two of them). Absolutely absurd. The only good thing I can say is that they did get out here quickly - even tho they didn't do anything besides make a mess. read more

(See update below) So disappointed. Graham-Simon did great work for us once, at a reasonable price, so we called them again to investigate an odor (that likely was natural gas and not from plumbing at all). Unfortunately, the second time they did nothing but investigate, (for about 20 minutes tops), report that it likely wasn't sewage, and charged us $323.00!!! For 3 hours at $94 per hour plus a truck fee. We complained, and at first they seemed willing to discuss. But we paid the bill in a timely manner, and from that moment on, crickets, to our further inquiries. UPDATE 10/25/2021: Jordan Simon reached out to us after seeing our online reviews, and as a result of our conversation, the company has refunded a good portion of the charge. They offered to refund the entire amount, but we felt it was fair to pay some portion of the bill since they did come out and inspect. So more stars added to our review because in the end, they did respond to our grievance and we are satisfied. read more

The work and service was good. However, the charges for labor was very high and had an additional "truck" fee (don't all plumbers drive trucks?). I think they are good if you really need someone, but recommend shopping around if you want to pay a fair price. read more

Great service with fast response. I had a clogged septic line. It was terrible we couldn't run water without it backing up into the shower. They came out next day 1st thing. By 11 am the same day they removed a bad septic line to the street and replaced with new. The techs showed me the line damage and talked me through the process. read more

We just had a gas line ran from our basement through the floor to install a gas range. After they left we found TWO gas leaks. When I called to report them and get someone back out, I was told that it may not be until the following day!!!! (We fixed the leaks ourselves) At 11:30 PM we discovered the hot water tank had was not lit, even though the front door was off as if they may have thought about it. This is the second job they have done for us, the first went about as well (everyone deserves a second chance). They won't being doing any more plumbing jobs at my house. Called Graham -Simon Plumbing to fix a upstairs shower that was leaking into the kitchen ceiling near a ceiling fan. Had to wait a week for the appointment. They come on Thursday and looked at it. Told my husband that it was the shower pipes between the wall and the shower, and that a wall behind the shower would have to come out, which would require taking the sink out as well. They would call with an estimate. Stating that they charge $90 an hour billed from the time they leave their shop. (Less than a 10 minute drive) and it would probably take 2-3 days to complete. Didn't hear anything and Tuesday my husband called and was told that they were behind on the estimates and it would be about a week. (We have a mother with 4 children living in the house that the father deserted as well as the land contact so We don't even charge the amount of the house payment.) We called Affordable Plumbing and the gentleman went that day, found the issues, which turned out to be a Sealant issue and fixed it right then. We have not had any more issues with it. Then we get a called from Graham stating that the fee will be $100.58. They were not at the house for more that 20 minutes. So it you need a plumbing solved quickly, look elsewhere. read more
