Set it up so the estimater only needed to make one trip up here. Estimator was 1.5 hours late. Something about her phone died, no charger in the car, got here and bought a charger and waited to call until her phone was charged. Did not bring a ladder. I asked for 2 estimates for garage attic area (two different types of insulation) and another for some of the living area of the house, again, two different types of insulation. So asked for 4 estimates total. Said she would send the estimates by the end of the day. Got the estmate three business days later.
