Also had him look at my roof and barn roof because I actually have some water issues at my house. He saw some problems, explained the issues (needs caulking around the chimney and new washer/screws). He even "went the distance" and cleaned out one gutter while he was up on the barn roof so that he could see if there was enough slope for it to drain properly. Very professional.
