My experience with Affordable Screen Enclosure, LLC has being a HUGE nightmare filled with regrets, expensive damages and losses to recover. A lot of stress, aggravation and no resolution. I trusted them with huge deposits of around $ 18,000 and have a lot of damages to recover. I hired them in June 2021 for a swimming pool enclosure. Jay, the "sales manager" who met me at my house, told me the work would be done by September 2021. It's been almost 12 months now. Every time I tried to reach Affordable Screen Enclosure they had a different excuse. Now they don't even answer my calls anymore. Jay, the "sales manager" has left the company. Cristina, who used to answer the phone, has left. Their workers are sub contractors. Paval Krutakov, "the owner", promised to resolve the issues but has also stopped responding. Thank you" I assure you he has no intention of honoring any of our requests to get work done that was promised and no intention of returning money you may have given him as a down payment to get work done on your homes. DO NOT use this company! My story is very familiar to what most of you have written about this horrible company. Pavel Krutakov is the Owner and his wife Elena is the President. We signed a contract with Affordable Screen Enclosures on 5-1-2020 over two years ago. We gave Pavel $28,500. When the plan and permits were approved we then gave him another $28,500 on 7-1-2021, The only work that has been done was to have our hedge taken down, deep trenches dug around our once beautiful pool, for the columns we wanted all we have is some concrete poured with very dangerous rebar sticking up. The foundation to our home is also exposed. We have wooden planks going from our pool to our yard, where my three labs run across. One actually fell in one of the holes and hurt themselves. So Pavel has $56,000 of our money. When I tried to call the number he keeps listing for everyone to call he does not answer. However when I sent him a text on May 12th 2022 along with the pictures of our completely destroyed property, he finally sent a text back stating that Affordable Screen Enclosure has hired a lawyer and they will be filing for bankruptcy. So he is keeping our money and is refusing to finish the job. Interesting when I put up some of my reviews of this horrible unethical company the website for Affordable Screen Enclosures at www.affordablescreenenclosure.com changed to www.affordablepoolenclosure.com, same website different URL. I am hoping that people do not think this is a reputable company, fill out the get a quote today and give Pavel Krutakov any money as a deposit. My husband and I are devastated as our property has been ruined for over two years now, we cannot use our pool and the area around our pool. Do not use this company!! First, they make appointments and do not show up for them. You sit around waiting and they don't even have the decency to call to let you know they aren't going to keep the appointment. Second, if you do get them to show up, they promise you an estimate in 48 hours. Well that doesn't happen. 8 days later and multiple phone calls trying to track them down and still no estimate. We signed a contract 1/4/22 for replacement of our screen room and shed. We are still waiting to see plans specific to what the contract states. Therefore there are no permits applied for. We have tried to communicate with the owner to no avail. Have had to report this company to The Better Business Bureau and the Palm Beach Department of Consumer Affairs. They have not received any response either. DO NOT SIGN with this company!!! You will lose your money! We will probably end up in court to try to get our down payment back. read more

I placed an order from these guys in April of 2021 and put down a deposit of $7050 and as of 2/11/22 I am still waiting on the completion of my enclosed glass patio. All I get from Pavel the owner is excuse after excuse. I would not recommend this company to anybody. read more

New to South Florida and unsure about what to realistically pay for some screen repair work, I called a few local screen enclosure businesses and found ASE to be both the most willing to talk me through the various repair work that could be done depending on the damage, and they were able to give me a ballpark estimate on pricing based on pictures I emailed over - which other places were unwilling to do. Ultimately, based on how helpful the phone team was, I ended up going to ASE to do a few panel replacements on my screen enclosure. They scheduled someone to come by within 48 hours, and the repairs were complete within a few hours. The team that came out were courteous and professional, and the price was close to the estimate and very competitive with other quotes I received. Rene arrived and performed the work with expertise. Price for the repairs was very reasonable. Both Rene and Elena were very professional during the process. Henry and Mitchell came out to replace quite a few Tapcons which fasten the enclosure to the slab and had rusted out. This is not an easy job to do but they were very competent, professional, and clearly skilled technicians. We highly recommend ASE. read more

Paul came over and gave us a very competitive bid for the re-screening and cleaning of our back patio. Contractor Allan and other workers were very detail oriented and did exemplary work. Although they did not get the complete work order on the first pass due to a communication problem, they came back and completed the work in a timely manner. Not a reliable company. Canceled a doctor's appointment so I could be l home to meet the person to get an estimate and nobody ever showed up. I was told that the screen guy was at the gate and called three times funny thing is my phone never rang. I absolutely do not recommend this company to nobody. What a waste of my time.
