No one wanted to show up to do a job! Not what we were use to coming from a busy town where everyone has to compete for work! Since then we have gotten about 90% of our work from back down south! This past weekend we had Solid Fencing come up from Pompano Beach to install our fence! THIS COMPANY HAS EXCEEDED EVERY EXPECTATION! We signed a contract with them in the beginning of November and they installed it December 11th. (One day to install) They kept me up to date with everything. Even the owner came up to check the work! Now one neighbor has signed with them and two other neighbors are getting quotes! CALL THEM TODAY! (Now if we could get everyone else to move this fast to finish our backyard...of course...my husband hired people from this area and we are still waiting )

I had to have a section of my fence removed to provide heavy equipment access during our pool construction. The job was too small for all the fence companies I called except for one, (unfortunately I don't remember the company that referred me to Truman Case " CASE FENCE COMPANY" When I called Truman he was professional and made an appointment to see me immediately (within the week) and gave me a fair estimate to do the work. 1/2 the money to take it down and the remainder when he came back to close it up. It was August 2021 when we opened up the fence, here it is June 2022 and I was just given the green light to close up the fence. I called Truman , he remembered me made an immediate appointment to come out, used the old fencing didn't come up with excuses to buy new materials or make up a scenario to charge more for the return visit. There was a 4"x4" that needed replacing because the pool contractor cleaned up the site and took it away. Other than that the price was the same as when he quoted me almost a year ago. I dd need to have two of my gates that provide access to the pool area to be self closing , which he did and again it was a very fair price. I Highly recommend CASE FENCE for any fencing job , but if you have a small job he's your man

I'm very disappointed with the work done by Quality Fence and Gates. The owner, Frank, and his…read moreinstaller, Grovis, did not deliver what was promised. I paid in full, and after the installation, several issues became clear. The poles of the gate were a different color. When I mentioned it at the time they were installing the poles, the installer said the poles "come like that," but I later found out that was not true. After they left, I noticed how sloppy the paint on the fence door really was. I showed it to the second installer, Arielkey, who had been sent later to finish my neighbor's job, and he's the one who pointed out that the door color didn't match the fence. He said he would let Frank know so the issue could be corrected, and Frank agreed to make the modification--but they never came back. I called and sent multiple messages to both Frank and the installer, but neither of them ever responded. From the beginning, this company was unreliable. Frank promised to start the project within two days after I signed the contract, but he kept changing the start date. Once they received payment, communication stopped completely. Two of my neighbors also hired this company--one for a gate door and the other for the other side of the fence, since our properties are connected--and they had similar problems. The way the fence was cut was very sloppy. One of my neighbors pointed it out to the worker, but he just made excuses and didn't make any effort to fix it or do a quality job. It's clear that this company does not care about quality or customer satisfaction. They cut corners, don't follow through on their promises, and avoid responsibility. I would not recommend Quality Fence and Gates to anyone looking for reliable service or good workmanship. One star only because there's no option for zero. ------- Estoy muy decepcionada con el trabajo realizado por Quality Fence and Gates. From the start, no firm completion date was ever provided. Responses to timeline requests were vague: 'soon,' 'next week,' 'almost done.' This vagueness defined the entire project. PATTERN OF DELAYS: Over 18 months, the same pattern repeated: target date set, deadline missed, excuse offered, new date set, deadline missed again. No accountability because there were no firm deadlines. The project was perpetually 'almost finished' but never completed. DEFECT 1 -- CONCRETE SLAB: Specified shed slab at 6 inches thick on compacted base via written message December 4, 2025. Contractor confirmed. Slab was poured 4 inches thick on 6 inches of loose rubble fill without compaction. Structure is unsound with eroding edges. Material breach of specification. DEFECT 2 -- SEALER FAILURE: Sealer applied November-December 2025 failed within 4 months. Manufacturer (Super Stone) confirmed March 5, 2026 via email that failure was caused by inadequate surface preparation. DEFECT 3 -- OUTDOOR KITCHEN: PVC composite trim installed with brad nails only, no adhesive per manufacturer specs. Panels separating under load. Multiple panels damaged. DEFECT 4 -- ABANDONED WORK: Contractor's own punch list (February 4, 2026) acknowledges incomplete items: river stone fill (entire driveway), porch resurfacing, walkway form removal, rear wall stone, half-moon step from extension, gate shortening/replacement so they could open properly, alley fence cleanup, debris removal. None completed despite weekly promises of "next week." DEFECT 5 -- PERSONAL PROPERTY: Two custom grills delivered November 2025 for refinishing. Not returned. No response to inquiries. FINAL TERMINATION: March 20, 2026: Gave written deadline--complete all work by Friday, March 27, 2026, or contract terminated. Deadline missed. Contract terminated March 27, 2026.

(PatrickB - Coral Springs) After consulting 3 different fencing companies, I finally hired XL Fencing to provide a HR-10 aluminum fence for my backyard. Because we have two small dogs, we wanted the distance between the pickets to be tighter (2 1/2" "rejection"). XL Fencing was competent from the beginning, providing good advice based on my property survey, and executing each step of the project perfectly. They promptly provided all the required documentation for the HOA and filed all the permits with the city of Coral Springs. Once the permits were in place they delivered and installed the fence exactly as promised. Their installers were quick and professional. I called them a few times to ask additional questions; Brian or Luana were always available. I am very happy with the result and would hire them again without hesitation. I only wish my HOA was quicker to approve requests, which was the longest part of the entire process. read more

Very satisfied with the job on my new fence. Simply, outstanding and it shows their stellar level of expertise. There was a difficult corner by a couple of coconut trees I was concerned about. Oscar and his crew simply pulled it off and left no gaps when paired up to my neighborg's fence...this is the hightlight of my satisfaction. Where other companies ignored my request for quotes, XL Fence replied promptly. The process was smooth (except for my city's tardiness (Deerfield Beach) in getting the permit, but nothing to fault XL) and I got my nice fence that I can say FINALLY, I got privacy. Pedro was easy to reach whenever I had questions and the crew really seemed to care about getting everything right. They took their time with the layout and made adjustments on site so the fence flowed naturally with the property instead of looking rushed or uneven. The finished product has a very clean look and feels extremely solid. You can tell it was built by people who do this every day and actually care about the quality of their work.

No one wanted to show up to do a job! Not what we were use to coming from a busy town where everyone has to compete for work! Since then we have gotten about 90% of our work from back down south! This past weekend we had Solid Fencing come up from Pompano Beach to install our fence! THIS COMPANY HAS EXCEEDED EVERY EXPECTATION! We signed a contract with them in the beginning of November and they installed it December 11th. (One day to install) They kept me up to date with everything. Even the owner came up to check the work! Now one neighbor has signed with them and two other neighbors are getting quotes! CALL THEM TODAY! (Now if we could get everyone else to move this fast to finish our backyard...of course...my husband hired people from this area and we are still waiting )

It's November and my project has not been started and the business is MIA. Won't respond to calls, texts or e-mails and has virtually disappeared with a $15K deposit.
