We negotiated a price and set the date and time. After that I felt major relief that I had my move taken care of. So a couple days before the move i called them just to go over some minor details before my move; for example i was wanting them to call before they arrived at my place because I had to have the landlord inspect the place after all my stuff was loaded.So when I called them they first acted like they did not even have me scheduled to move. This really made me panic. Then he stated, "well we have some issues with one of our trucks that we were going to use on your move and since our other truck is already assigned I guess we just cannot move your stuff". After, that he would not even offer to rent a truck or find another to complete my move and really put me in a rough spot. If you are going to be in the moving business and be successful at keeping clients then you always need to fulfill your promises to customers and figure out a way to complete their move even when you have screwed up and forgot your schedule or have equipment issues. I would be highly cautious about using this company and make sure you get something in writing from them on a guaranteed move if its a time sensitive situation like mine was.

It was neat and clean when it arrived. No dings or scrapes on the exterior so it look neat and tidy in our driveway. The interior was very clean. I appreciated that it was an all metal construction so i was not concerned about nefarious people cutting through fabric /plastic sides as other options had. My lock fit fine in their door, and the for had latches to hold them open while we loaded. They picked up on the day we requested without issue.

The crew they sent out were knowledgeable and helpful. Plus, they moved efficiently, considering the long walk from the apartment to the truck. They put everything where we wanted it in the new house. One thing to be aware of though, is that if you are paying the final bill with a credit card they charge you a $150 service fee! It's on the paperwork, but the office didn't tell me when I scheduled the move, so I ended up writing a check at the last minute.

I got a prompt reply back when I asked and the gentleman said they'd be available. We set up a time for 4/23. That Monday, I confirmed with them through text that we were still on. The day of the move, around 9am, I texted with them and again confirmed that they were coming. Around 9:30am he said they'd be running about 20 minutes late (which happens, no biggie). From there, I never heard another word from this company. I was left sitting at my storage facility, looking like a fool, with absolutely no one to help me move into my house for an hour and half before I gave up. I called them 24 times with no call back and I received no text back. They clearly decided today wasn't a fun day to move and left me HIGH AND DRY!!! They weren't even considerate enough to even make up a lie, like, "hey, we broke down, etc." This is the behavior of a petulant child, not a professional....or even a grown man. This ended up costing me about $1k over what I had budgeted for the move. I had zero way of getting my fridge, washer/dryer, and essentials moved. Don't even consider reaching out to this company. Sure, they might come help.....or, they'll decide it's not a fun day to work so to heck with the customer. Embarrassing (both for me and this company) and disheartening.

Updated review: I am saddened that I even have to post an…read moreupdate for this company: Our first experience was so good, and I thought Aaron and his company were trustworthy. However, upon arrival and unpacking our moving truck (after a 5-day moving halfway across the country ordeal,) we saw that there was damage to some of our things. Our couches were scratched up and stained, with fraying and tearing in some places. My husband's one-of-a-kind woodworking bench (handmade by a disabled veteran in DFW specifically for him) had a huge gash on the top from the movers piling things on it. (Even though we asked them not to.) After turning on our TV, we also noticed there was a vertical line in it. We had Samsung come out the following week, and they told us it was damaged from the move. We immediately reported the issues with the couch and woodworking bench to Aaron and sent him pictures of the damage. At first, he tried to skirt his responsibility, but after relaying the information to him again, he said he would file with his insurance. That was December 19th. When we confirmed that the damage to the TV was a result of the move and not a technical issue, we also reported that to him and sent him the technician's report. We have repeatedly asked him about the claim, and he either doesn't answer us or says he "filed with the insurance" and we "should hear from them soon." At the time of this posting, it is January 29th. We have contacted him repeatedly throughout the weeks while also giving him ample time to respond. My husband once again texted him this past Friday, and he STILL hasn't responded. I apologize in advance to anyone who read my review and used this business beforehand. Like I said, I am saddened that it has come to this. We will likely have to file a claim in small claims court, and we are looking into other avenues to have his poor business practices reported so no one else is left holding the bag like us. If he ever does decide to do what is right and have his insurance cover the damages, I will update the review. As of right now, we're out the money we paid for the movers and the money it will cost us for the repairs ourselves. I definitely do NOT recommend this business anymore.
